1. In 'Doppelgangland,' what do we find out Willow used to want to be?

Answer: A Florist

Giles said in 'Never Kill a Boy on the First Date' that he wanted to be a grocer or a fighter pilot when he was younger. Buffy says she had to do tests with the Watchers Council to see if she was crazy, and one of the question was if she ever wanted to be a florist.

2. In 'Lover's Walk,' where are Willow, Oz, Xander and Cordelia going on a double date?

Answer: bowling

They never actually get to go on this date because Willow and Xander are kidnapped by Spike. This is the only episode Spike appears in during season three.
