Prince of Persia Trivia Questions

1. How many skills do you get for your Dagger of Time in 'Prince of Persia: Rival Swords'?

From Quiz
Prince of Persia: Sands of Rival Swords

Answer: Four

You get the ability to turn back time and slow motion as your first two, which are also the ones that help you AVOID damage instead of giving it. The other two are ones that do small and big damage.

2. What is the Prince's primary (main) weapon?

From Quiz Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones

Answer: the Dagger of Time

Just before your encounter with your first enemy, the Prince finds a knife/dagger on a table. He remarks: "Why is it that every time disaster strikes, I find myself without a proper blade?" This is, of course, a kind of a joke, since it also applies to "Sands of Time" and "Warrior Within". You learn the speed kill system after you get the blade. The Prince gets the Dagger of Time a little later on after the Vizier kills Kaileena, thus releasing the sands of time.

3. Who is the creator of the original "Prince of Persia" games (2D)?

From Quiz Prince of Persia: Sands of Time

Answer: Jordan Mechner

The release of the first "Prince of Persia" was in 1989, in 2D of course! You can unlock this classic game on your Playstation 2 by breaking down a wall in the game.

4. What kind of weapon does Farah, your partner and future love, use in the game?

5. What is the name of the woman the Prince has with him at the beginning of the game?

From Quiz Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones

7. What is the name of the game's main character?

From Quiz Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

Answer: He is Never Named

8. What is your character's name?

From Quiz Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

9. What does the prince want Farah to call him at the end of 'Prince of Persia: Sands of Time'?

From Quiz Prince of Persia: Sands of Rival Swords

10. What is the -minimum- amount of sand credits needed to unlock all artwork?

From Quiz Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones

Answer: 1500

From Quiz Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

Answer: Vizier

The Maharajah is the one whose kingdom you're in, there is no Sheik or Rajah and the Vizier is the one that tricked you into putting your dagger in the big hourglass. You kill the Vizier at the end in a long duel which he blocks most of your attacks.

16. In 'Prince of Persia: Sands of Time', what drove the prince to stab the dagger into the hourglass and reverse time back to where you start in the game?

From Quiz Prince of Persia: Sands of Rival Swords

Answer: Farah's death

Although the main plot of the game in the beginning WAS to put the Sands of Time back in the hourglass, which the prince couldn't do because the Vizier had stolen it. In the end, when Farah and the prince were close to the hourglass, the ground beneath Farah had broken! Farah, who still had the stolen Dagger of Time tried to hand it to the prince to much avail, but while she held onto the dagger it ripped her hand (she was holding the sharp end) and she fell. The prince had been overcome by anger and sorrow because he had to lose the one he had loved because of the Sands of Time, which suddenly changed his motive to avenging Farah. So he ran up the walls around the hourglass and stabbed the Dagger of Time into it, reversing time to where you play as the prince outside the window to Farah's bedroom, where you fight the Vizier.

17. How does the Dark Prince speed kill enemies?

From Quiz Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones

18. Who is the person who tricks the Prince into unleashing the sands from the Hourglass?

From Quiz Prince of Persia: Sands of Time

Answer: The Vizier

Although Farah tried to stop the Prince from doing so, he inserted the Dagger of Time in the Hourglass and therefore unleashed the Sands of Time. From Quiz Prince of Persia: Warrior Within
