1. For which of these tricks would you use the Elmsley count?

Answer: Twisting the Aces

Twisting the Aces is just the Elmsley count over and over again. The other three tricks require gimmick cards.
2. How many cards are used for the Asher Twist?

Answer: 4

The Asher Twist is a variation of the 'Twisting the Aces' plot without using the Elmsley Count.

Answer: Double from the center

The Gemini Count starts with a Double lift from the center, followed by a double from the bottom. There is no pivot pass.
4. Which of these is NOT a force?

Answer: Elevator Force

Hindu Force requires the knowledge of the Hindu Shuffle, the Rollover Force involves turning the packets of cards over and over and over again, and the cross cut force can be used to force the top or bottom card of the deck.
5. What routine is Bill Malone known for?

Answer: Sam the Bell Hop

Sam the Sham is something I made up, Sham vs. the Gambler is a play on words. It should be the Magician vs. the Gambler, and it is Dr. Daley's Last Trick, not Sam's Last Card Trick.

The Anytime, Face Up Switch, is credited to Edward Marlo.

8. What is the most famous card trick that laypeople perform?

Answer: The 21 card trick

3 columns of seven cards... pick a card... that row goes in between the other colums. Do this twice more, and the card will be 11 cards down.

Answer: The Art of Card Manipulation

While sometimes corny, Jeff McBride is an awesome card manipulator and is very easy to learn from.
