Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "I have not yet begun to fight!"

Answer: John Paul Jones

John Paul Jones uttered this quote on September 23, 1779, while in command of the "Bonhomme Richard" during the Revolutionary War while his ship was burning and sinking. Three hours later, he had captured and taken command of the Royal Navy ship, "Serapes."
2. "ZOINKS!"

Answer: Shaggy

Shaggy from "Scooby Doo," would often utter this phrase out loud when surprised or scared. Casey Kasem was the voice for the cartoon Shaggy. In the movie, Shaggy was portrayed by Matthew Lillard.
3. "Take my wife, please!"

Answer: Henny Youngman

Henny Youngman was known as the king of the one-liners and finally passed away at 91. He was known for telling over 50 jokes in an eight-minute routine.
4. "Hey now!"

Answer: Hank Kingsley

Played by Jeffrey Tambor, this sidekick to Larry Sanders, who was played by Garry Shandling, would "warm up" the audience before Larry would come out to do his monologue. "The Larry Sanders Show" was a great parody of late night talk show TV and Hank Kingsley sure did his part.
5. "Oh My God! You killed Kenny."

Answer: Stan Marsh

In almost every episode of "South Park," Kenny dies. Stan Marsh would point at whoever killed his friend and yell out, " Oh my God! You killed Kenny". Then they would then go on with the show.
6. "He's dead, Jim."

Answer: Deforest Kelly

Known as Bones or Dr. McCoy in the original "Star Trek" series, Deforest Kelly would always point out the obvious after a crewmember or someone died on the show. He would look up at Captain Kirk with a somber grimace and state, "He's dead, Jim!"
7. "You're going to learn about loss."

Answer: Max Cady

Robert De Niro played Max Cady in "Cape Fear." Robert Mitchum played this character in the original version. He states this to Nick Nolte's character, Sam Bowden, just as Sam is pulling away from him. Max was referring to what was to come in the movie as he was planning on taking revenge on Sam for his 14 year stay in prison.
8. "And now I'm praying for the end of time!"

Answer: Meat Loaf

This is from the classic song, "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" by the rock star, Meat Loaf. He had just "sold out," in a sense, by promising eternal love in exchange for sex. The quote describes the consequence of his action.
9. "Run, Forrest, Run!"

Answer: Hannah R. Hall

I admit that this was tricky! Robin Wright Penn played Jenny and did yell the famous phrase, but it was first shouted by Hannah R. Hall, who played the young "Jenny" in the 1994 classic, "Forrest Gump."
10. "You pat him on the back and say congratulations and enjoy it and tell him not to serve fried chicken next year. Got it?" ... "or collard greens or whatever the hell they serve."

Answer: Fuzzy Zoeller

Fuzzy Zoeller was a well-liked golfer on the PGA tour but stated the above comments to a CNN reporter after Tiger Woods won at Augusta National and was immediately branded a racist. Whether or not he was joking, these were some of the most ill advised statements anyone could make in the politically correct society that we live in today.
