Answer: James Madison

Although George Washington was the first president, James Madison was dubbed the 'father of the constitution'.
2. What is the second most abundant element on earth (after oxygen)?

Answer: silicon

3. When are two angles complementary?

Answer: when their sum is 90 degrees

An easy way to remember the difference between complementary and supplementary (when the sum of 2 angles is 180) is if you put a line between the c and o in complement so the c looks like a q and therefore looks like a 9. With 9 and o, it looks like 90 which is what complementary angles add up to. Kind of confusing explaining it this way, but it helps me a lot!

The president of the sentate is one of the few jobs a Vice President has except for filling in for the President. The Vice President's major role in the senate is to vote when there is a tie, which rarely happens. But other then that, he or she does not vote at all.
