1. Which of these Old English words mean 'King'?

Answer: All of These

They all mean king. The words Leodcyning and Theodcyning (þeodcyning)also means king in Old English. The three names above were all names for kings of Rohan.
2. In elvish, Flet (Talan) is a platform built up in the trees, but what does 'Flet' mean in Old English?

Answer: Floor

'Flet' also means 'Hall'. In Old English 'Flet' is also spelt 'Flett'.
3. The Eorlingas got their name from the first king of Rohan, Eorl. What does his name mean?

Answer: Nobleman

Eorl was also known as 'The young' because he succeeded his father in his youth.
4. Due to the Old English translation of Meduseld, what should be the proper name for the road leading towards the entrance of the Hall?

Answer: Medustig

The translation of Meduseld means 'mead-hall' and therefore the road to Meduseld should be named Medustig which means 'path to the mead hall'

'Edor-' means fence, and '-as' stands for city.
10. Which of the four Hobbits' names means 'Wise' in Old English?

Answer: Frodo

'Frod' means wise in Old English, 'Frod' can also mean old.
