"Four Past Midnight" is the name of the Book that Stephen King has "Secret Window, Secret Garden" (the Novella the movie was based on) published in, "Everyone Drops the Dime" is a book of Mort's works (including "Secret Window"), "Killer Thrillers" is a name that I just made up, and "Ellery Queen" is the actual magazine that "Secret Window" was first published in.
