1. No ultimate downfall but watches in horror as the glass shoe fits her stepdaughter

Answer: Lady Tremaine

Lady Tremaine is the villain in the 1950 Disney Classic "Cinderella". She is Cinderella's wicked stepmother who treats Cinderella as a household servant. Lady Tremaine is obsessed with having either one of her daughters marry Prince Charming. When the Prince and his people seek out of the owner of the glass slipper, Lady Tremaine locks Cinderella (knowing she is the owner of the slipper) in her room. However, Cinderella escapes from her room and Lady Tremaine is horrified as she watches the slipper fit perfectly on Cinderella's foot.

Lady Tremaine is a rare Disney villain who suffers but does not receive a dramatic comeuppance at the end of the film. The same cannot be said for her cat Lucifer who is last seen falling from Cinderella's tower.
2. Hit by a train while in a car and pushed into the East River

Answer: Bill Sykes

Bill Sykes is the primary villain in the 1988 film "Oliver & Company". He is loosely based on the similarly named character from Charles Dickens' "Oliver Twist". When Sykes tries to collect on his loan by kidnapping Oliver from Jenny and getting Fagin to collect the ransom, Fagin does not ask for the money leading Sykes to kidnap Jenny.

In the ensuing chase through New York, Sykes's vicious dogs get electrocuted on the train tracks while Sykes' car stops on the tracks.

A speeding track slams into his car and pushes it into the East River.

This plan goes awry and during the final chase, Boggs is thrown through a door (which monsters use to travel to the human world) and is transported to a swamp in the Southern United States. He lands in front of a Cajun family living in a trailer park. Because of Boggs' reptilian appearance and the fact that he is a monster, the family thinks he is an alligator and beats him with a shovel. Furthermore, the door Randall entered is destroyed, meaning he would be unable to travel back to Monstropolis.
6. Pushed off a cliff then eaten by his henchmen

Answer: Scar

Scar, the main villain in the 1994 film "The Lion King", is one of many villains who meet their demise by falling or being pushed off a cliff. Having returned to Pride Rock to claim the throne that is rightfully his, Simba faces off against his uncle Scar.

Although Scar initially is able to get the better of Simba, Simba is able to throw Scar off of the cliff in a scene reminiscent to Mufasa's death earlier in the film. Scar survives the fall but his hyena henchmen turn on him. Having lost his power, Scar angers his former henchmen who eat him after they learn he betrayed them to Simba.

Madame Medusa claims the diamond for herself and attempts to flee from her henchman, Mr. Snoops, to avoid sharing the profit with him. Penny steals the diamond (which is hidden in her teddy bear) from Madame Medusa, setting off a chase through the swamp. Penny is aided by Bernard and Bianca. When Pongo and Perdita (and other animals) find the all of the missing puppies and help them escape, a chase ensues. Cruella speeds through the snowy, English countryside while her henchmen pursue the puppies in their truck.

However, Horace and Jasper accidentally crash into Cruella's car, sending both vehicles off of the road, crashing into a snowy embankment. As Cruella berates them for foiling her plan and likely leading to their arrest, Jasper tells her to shut up.
