Answer: A mountain bike

Having put Tom in charge of the Pickle Whip campaign, Dom Wollebin subsequently suggests that Tom should go mountain biking with him so, on his way home from work, Tom decides to buy himself a mountain bike. On checking the bike out, Sofia questions the $1,200 price tag, to which Tom (who has never been mountain biking in his life) replies "Babe, a bike like that should cost $1,500. Try and bend those rims".

Answer: That his ponytail is actually a clip-on.

Tom and Bob were having a heated debate, firstly over Tom's handling of the meeting with Jack Connor, and then over Chip, who Tom thinks is trying sabotage him, whereas Bob think she is trying to mentor Tom, when Manny walks in, causing Bob to declare "We're just washing our hands", thus cutting their conversation short.

In the next scene, we see Manny catch up with Tom whilst he is walking along the street, and apologise for interrupting his conversation with Bob. Tom says "I just don't think I fit into this place, Manny." To which Manny replies "I've been there, man" before removing his clip-on ponytail and admitting "The second I bought this little guy, it made me feel a whole lot more hip".

Answer: He leaves a desk lamp touching a stack of papers.

Tom waits until everyone else has left the office then goes to Bob's desk to try to find the Wesley tape he believes he has inadvertently taped over. He switches on Bob's super hot desk lamp and quickly finds the tape, but unfortunately leaves the lamp switched on, and a little too close to a stack of papers, which subsequently catch light thereby causing the fire.

Answer: A videotape entitled "Chip and Sofia: Tigers Forever"

As he opens Chip's drawers, Tom finds...

A pamphlet for the Idea ad agency in Barcelona (this is the ad agency Carol said that Chip had applied for a job at earlier in the movie).
The photo of Tom, Sofia, and baby Oliver that Tom had on his desk, with Tom's head cut out.
A photo of what looks like Chip playing tennis, however as we find out a little later in the movie, things aren't always what they seem!

Even though Chip and Sofia were part of the Riverside Tigers cheer-leading squad in high school (as we found out when we were treated to a few cheers when Sofia visited the Sunburst office), we do not see Tom find any evidence of this in Chip's drawers.

Answer: Drags Chip to the top of the stairs and let him fall down them

Despite the protests of Sofia and her parents, Tom drags Chip to the top of the stairs, stands him up, and lets him go. Chip rolls all the way to the bottom of the stairs, where Sofia looks at the photo Tom found in Chip's drawers and says "This isn't Chip.

It's Danny", to which Sofia's mom adds "He's Chip's twin brother". Chip, then adds "He died in an accident about five years ago. He was my hero".

Answer: Sofia

As Sofia pulls up at Chip's house, Chip says that he's worried about Sofia because he can see she is not happy. He continues, in his own unique way, to try to persuade Sofia that she should be with him, but clearly makes Sofia uncomfortable, and she tells him, politely, that it is time for him to go. Sofia drives off, and as Chip is wheeling himself into his courtyard, Tom appears and tells Chip to stay away from his wife.

The two guys have a verbal exchange, which ends with Chip saying that Tom shouldn't have the gall to pity him as he takes the brake off his wheelchair, and stands up, proving that Tom has been right all along.

Answer: Paco

Paco was one of the other chefs that worked with Tom at the restaurant in New York. We don't see him when Chip takes the initial phone call from "Juan Castaneda", however when Chip is acting in place of Tom for Wesley's signing of the Pickle Whip campaign contract at Eddie's Sweets, we are shown a shot of Paco in his kitchen putting on his best Spanish accent. We can only assume that Tom has got in touch with his old friend to set Chip up ... and the plan works a charm!

Answer: He is hit by a bus.

Having received the (fake) call to let him know his new life is starting in Barcelona, Chip stands up out of his wheelchair, proving to Sofia that Tom was right all along, and walks out of Eddie's Sweets. He stands outside the shop window, lifts up his wheelchair and says "I'm taking this little walk and roll show on tour", before getting whacked by a bus. We see him a little later on, in Barcelona, asking for help to get into the Idea ad agency, as he has two broken legs (and therefore in a wheelchair for real this time). No-one helps him, so he drags himself up the stairs and through the doors before being lead out by security, despite remonstrating that he works there.

Answer: New York

We are shown a shot of New York City before seeing Wesley in front of the camera once again performing his "eat a burger whole with one big swallow" stunt for the Pickle Whip ad. We then see Tom call "cut", tell Wesley "great job", and then ask his father-in-law Bob, who is sat next to him, what he thinks.

After Bob gives his approval, Tom says "Listen, Bob, I cannot thank you enough for flying out here to help me start my own company", to which Bob says "You're an ad man Tom, and you're fabulous".

Answer: Yes

The very last scene of the movie shows us Tom, Sofia and baby Oliver in their home in New York. Sofia has resumed her career as an attorney, and is about to head out to work, whilst Tom is preparing breakfast and looking after baby Oliver.
