At the end of the movie, Mrs. Mills turns out to be dead! She was meant to be a servant in the house. She had lived there before.

2. Mr. Tuttle was the gardener?

Mr. Tuttle has been covering grave stones. When he, Lydia and Mrs. Mills uncover them, their names are printed on the stones!

The two children, Anne and Nicholas, are photosynthetive. That means that they are not allowed in daylight!
