Bradley Fine is played by Jude Law. In the beginning of the movie, we see Fine at a gathering where he comes to find a nuclear bomb, which a man named Boyanov is hiding. While confronting Boyanov, he sneezes and kills him by mistake, before he gets the location of the bomb. Then Cooper leads Fine out of the place while he is being shot at by Boyanov's men. Fine finally escapes on a boat after Cooper orders for the dock to be blown up in an attempt to stop the men from getting to Fine.

While on the boat Fine asks Cooper to go and fire his gardener. Cooper tries to fire him but she ends up not doing so.

Morena Baccarin plays Karen Walker in the movie. She is also an agent for the CIA. She walks into the restaurant where Nancy and Susan are and they start making fun of how cool and beautiful she is. Karen walks up to them and addresses them with their names which both of them did not expect.

She then tells them she is taking a break from all the spy work. Later in the movie she turns out to be a double agent.

Rayna Boyanov is played by Rose Byrne. She is also a terrorist and is the one who has the nukes with her. She is identified by the CIA and Deputy Director Elaine Crocker (Allison Janney) agrees to send Susan Cooper on a mission to find the nukes and Rayna's whereabouts.

She chooses Cooper over agents like Rick Ford (Jason Statham). She tells him that Cooper is someone who cannot be identified, as all this while she has been working in the backgronds. Susan is then prepped for the mission. She is given some weird gadgets! Hilarious scene!

Cooper gets to Paris and is disappointed with the way her hotel looks. She enters the room and talks to Nancy (Miranda Hart) about how trashy the hotel is. She then turns around and finds Ford in her room. She questions his presence in Paris and Ford tells her that there is nothing he couldn't do. He tells her stories of his gruesome experiences and how he has survived them all. He tells Cooper that she is going to ruin the mission and Cooper tells him that he would do the same if he stayed around. De Luca is played by Bobby Cannavale.

Jason is hilarious as Rick Ford. Ford is an agent with the CIA who is foul mouthed and always has extravagant stories of how he survived many dangers. He gets disappointed that the mission is given to Cooper and he goes behind Rayna and De Luca himself without the orders of the CIA.

In Paris, Susan kills one of De Luca's people. She then goes to Rome under the pseudonym Penny Morgan. One of the CIA contacts called Aldo comes to give her a ride, throughout which he makes advances on her. Peter Serafinowicz plays Aldo, the constantly flirting Italian man.

He drives like a crazy man and gets Cooper to her destination. She buys a party dress and goes to a casino where De Luca is. She sees Rayna there and helps stop an assassination attempt on Rayna. Rayna, in an act of gratitude, allows Cooper to accompany her to Hungary.

In the flight, Rayna drugs Cooper's drink. Cooper realizes this after drinking it and she tries to grab the antidote but passes out before she does. When she wakes up, she questions Rayna on why she drugged her. At this point, one of the flight's crew tries to kill Rayna. Cooper saves her from being killed and stabilizes the plane. Rayna now asks Cooper at gun point who she really is. Cooper tells Rayna she is Amber Valentine and that her father hired her to take care of Rayna. Cooper tells her to stick with her as her bodyguard and she will live.

Crocker sends Nancy in to keep an eye on Cooper, who went out of contact for a while. Rayna and Anton walk into both Nancy and Cooper talking. Nancy tells Rayna her name is Susan Cooper. Anton is part of Rayna's security detail. When this meeting happens, a car pulls up next to them and a person opens fire from inside, killing Anton. Susan then takes a scooter and chases behind them.

She catches up to the car and sees Karen inside. Karen is then shot by a sniper. Anton is played by Björn Gustafsson.

Rayna captures Aldo and Cooper and imprisons them and Bradley Fine acts as if he is working with Rayna. Cooper and Aldo escape and interfere with Rayna and De Luca's meeting. She tells him that he needs her help because Solsa Dudaev kills everyone whom he does a deal with, after he gets he wants.

She tells him that she will help him if he keeps Fine alive. After Rayna opens the Rolls Royce and gives Solsa Dudaev the nukes, De Luca kills him and his men and tries to kill Rayna and the group. Rick Ford then appears from nowhere to save everyone but he fails spectacularly. De Luca tries to escape on a helicopter with the missile and diamonds. Cooper stops him by getting on to the helicopter and saves the day! Amazing scene!

After Susan and group save the day, the CIA staff come and receive them with many compliments. Fine comes up to Cooper and talks to her. He asks her to go out for dinner with him but she declines saying that it was time for a girls night out. 50 Cent also gets some face time with the press! Crocker tells Cooper that she would like to keep her in the field.

She gives Cooper the details of her next mission. Cooper and Nancy then have Ford tell them that he is going to drive the boat off to Greece and Italy on what he did not know was a lake! Ha ha ha!
