3. What mountain did the 2010 Tour de France climb twice?

Answer: Col du Tourmalet

The Tourmalet was the finish for Stage 17. Andy Schleck was the first to cross the finish line. This was only the second time the Tour has had a stage to finish on the Col du Tourmalet. The first time was in 1974, where Jean-Pierre Danguillaume won the stage.

The Col du Tourmalet is 2,115m (6,939 ft) high.

Damiano Cunego and David Zabriske had a small crash on an earlier set of the cobblestones, but each got back on their bikes. Another crash occurred later that took out Team Saxo Bank's Frank Schleck. Schleck would be diagnosed with a broken collarbone and he had to abandon the Tour.

At that point a small group of riders formed an attack group, that group contained Andy Schleck, Fabian Cancellara, Thor Hushovd, and Cadel Evans.
