1. Cleveland Gladiators (Arena Football League)

Answer: New Jersey Red Dogs

This franchise began in the Arena Football League as the New Jersey Red Dogs in 1997, playing home games at the-then Continental Airlines Arena of East Rutherford, NJ. While staying at the same location, the team changed its name to the New Jersey Gladiators in 2001.

In 2003, the Gladiators moved to Las Vegas to play home games at the Thomas & Mack Center of Paradise, NV. The Gladiators played its home games in the Orleans Arena of Paradise, NV. In 2008, the Gladiators moved to Cleveland and began playing home games in the Quicken Loans Arena of Cleveland, OH.

In 2014, the Cleveland Gladiators won its first Eastern Conference Championship.
2. New England Black Wolves (National Lacrosse League)

Answer: Philadelphia Wings

This team began in the Eagle Pro Box Lacrosse League in 1987 as the Philadelphia Wings. (The league changed its name to the Major Indoor Lacrosse League in 1989 and National League Lacrosse in 1998.) The team played its home games at the Spectrum of Philadelphia, PA from 1987 to 1996. From 1997 to 2014 the Wings played home games in a Philadelphia, PA arena that underwent several name changes (Core States Center, 1997-1998; First Union Center, 1999-2003; Wachovia Center, 2004-2010; Wells Fargo Center, 2011-2014).

While In Philadelphia, the team won six championships: 1989, 1990, 1994, 1995, 1998, and 2001. In 2015, the franchise moved North and became the Connecticut Sun, playing its home games at the Mohegan Sun Arena of Uncasville, CT.
3. Toronto Rock (National Lacrosse League)

Answer: Ontario Raiders

The franchise began as the Ontario Raiders in 1998, playing its home games Coops Coliseum of Hamilton, ON. The next year, the franchise moved to Ontario's capital where it was renamed the Toronto Rock. The team played at the Maple Leaf Gardens of Toronto from 1999-2000.

In 2001, the team moved to the Air Canada Center, also of Toronto. The Toronto Rock won championships in 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2008, and 2011.
4. Colorado Mammoth (National League Lacrosse)

Answer: Baltimore Thunder

The franchise began as the Baltimore Thunder in 1987, playing its home games at the Baltimore Arena. In 2000, the team moved to Pittsburgh and changed its name to the CrosseFire. During the single season, the team played its home games in the Pittsburgh Civic Arena.

In 2001, the team moved again and became the Washington Power. The team played at the MCI Center of Washington, DC for the 2001 season and at the US Air Arena of Landover, MD for the 2002 season. In 2093, the team moved to the Pepsi Center of Denver, CO and became the Colorado Mammoth.

5. New York Red Bulls (Major League Soccer)

Founded as the Empire Soccer Club, the franchise began play as the New York/New Jersey MetroStars in 1996. The team played home games at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. After the first two seasons, the team usually simply called itself the MetroStars.

After being purchased by Red Bull in 2006, fans began calling the team the New York Red Bulls. In 2010, the team began playing home games at Red Bull Arena of Harrison, NJ.
6. Las Vegas Aces (Women's National Basketball League)

The Utah Starzz began play in the Women's National Basketball Association in 1997 at the Delta Center of Salt Lake City, IT. In 2003, the team moved to San Antonio and became the Silver Stars, playing home games at the AT&T Center of San Antonio, TX.

While there, the team won its first Western Conference Chamionship in 2008. In 2014, the team began calling itself the San Antonio Stars. The team moved to Las Vegas and changed its name to the Aces. The home arena of the team is the Mandalay Bay Events Center of Paradise, NV.
7. Connecticut Sun (Women's National Basketball Association)

The franchise began play as the Orlando Miracle in 1999, playing home games at the RD Waterhouse Center of Orlando, FL. In 2003, the team moved North and became the Connecticut Sun, playing home games at the Mohegan Sun Center of Uncasville, CT. The team won back-to-back Eastern Conference Championships in 2004 and 2005.
8. Dallas Wings (Women's National Basketball League)

The franchise began play in 1998 as the Detroit Shock, playing home games at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, MI. While there, the team won three Championships: 2003, 2006, and 2008. In 2010, the team moved to Tulsa and began playing home games at the Bank of Oklahoma Center of Tulsa, OK.

The franchise began play in 2009 as the Buffalo Flash and played in the USL-W League. In 2011, the team renamed itself the Western New York Flash and switched to Women's Professional Soccer.

The team began play at Sahlen's Stadium of Rochester, N.Y. in 2011. In 2012 the team moved to Women's Premier Soccer League Elite. The team switched to the National Women's Soccer League in 2017 and moved south, becoming the North Carolina Courage.

10. Saskatchewan Roughriders (Canadian Football League)

Answer: Regina Rugby Club

The Regina Rugby Club began play in 1910. During its early years, the team played home games at several locations in Regina, SK including Dominion Park and Exhibition Park. In 1921, the team began playing at Park Hughes of Regina. In 1924, the team changed its name to the Regina Roughriders.

In 1936, the team began playing home games at Park de Young in Regina. The team moved to Taylor Field of Regina in 1941. In 1946, the team renamed itself the Saskatchewan Roughriders. In 2005, the team began playing at Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field of Regina.

In 2017, the team began playing at Mosaic Stadium in Regina. While playing with the Western Canada Rugby Football Union, the team won Championships in 1912, 1913, 1914, 1915, 1916, 1919, 1920, 1923, 1926, 1927, 1928, 1929, 1930, 1931, and 1934.

While with the Western Interprovincisl Football Union, the team won Championships in 1936 and 1951. In the Canadian Football League, the Roughriders won Grey Cup Championships in 1966, 1989, 2007, and 2013.

While the team competed in frequent Grey Cup games before the formation of the Canadian Football League, it did not win any of those games.
