Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The episode began with Becca reading aloud to Hank. Whose poem was she quoting from?

Answer: Robert Frost

Becca: "Nothing gold can stay..."
Hank asked why of all poets she chose Robert Frost, only Hank called him Frostie. She told him she liked it because it was short, and bleak and she heard it in a movie once. Dare I say she may have heard it in "The Outsiders"? As Becca left, Hank even said "stay gold Ponyboy".

Frank Ferrano is the real name of Motley Crue bassist/song writer Nikki Sixx, a poet if I do say so myself.
2. According to Becca, who said she had to be realistic when it comes to love and/or happy endings?

Answer: her mom- Karen

Hank was sad to hear Becca's take on the possibility of happiness, and told her that happy endings are just as real as the unhappy ones. She asked him if he and her mom might be together again someday, and he said it was possible. She replied that she didn't think it was realistic and he asked why they had to be realistic.

She said mom said she had to be realistic, and he said no she did not have to be.
3. When Charlie went through his fridge, he complained about a missing item. What did Charlie want, but not find?

Answer: Soy milk

Marcy asked if he was ever going to learn to digest dairy and he said it was nothing a new gastrointestinal tract couldn't cure. She did pull out a carton and hand it to him, so it was there after all.
4. Charlie told Hank that he thought Marcy's threesome was a guilt reducing 'get out of jail free' card.

Answer: True

He believed that his guilt over Dani could be resolved by allowing Marcy to make love with another woman.
Hank's response: "I know you Hebrews do things a little differently, but last I checked a ménage à trois was not a pit stop on the road to redemption."
5. Todd Carr and Karen had a common interest, what was it?

Answer: architecture

Todd owned a Ray Kappe designed home in Brentwood. Hank later took her there to meet Todd and see the house. Todd offered Karen a job designing some additions to the house.
6. Marcy suggested they use Dani in the threesome, but Charlie suggested Karen instead.

Answer: True

Marcy was shocked, and called Karen the "Prim Reaper". She added that Karen was so tall and that she didn't want to go were Hank had been. She said he probably left booby traps like the Viet Cong.
7. Did Mia call Hank and say she was in trouble?

Answer: Yes

He'd just burned his hand removing his five cheese dish from a smoking oven when she called. He acted with little concern and hung up on her. Since she recently called and cried wolf, Hank didn't believe she really needed his help.
8. Who ended up in an emergency room?

Answer: Charlie

During the kinkier parts of the threesome, Charlie experienced a clip gone wrong situation. Marcy took him to the emergency room to be stitched up.
9. When Hank visited Becca to tell her goodnight, what did she say she was listening to on her MP3 player?

Answer: Death Cab for Cutie

He asked her if it was Joanie Mitchell, and she said it was Death Cab. He promised to make it up for her night being ruined.

As of the creation of this quiz, there is no rock band known as Hatchet Posse. But, I believe there is a Hatchet Man in the Insane Clown Posse.
10. Why was it that Becca handed money to Hank at the end of the episode?

Answer: she had said a bad word

She explained that she knew he never meant to let her down, but always seemed to do it anyway. She added that there comes a point when you have to just accept a person is who they are and send them on their way. But, when she said it, she included a very clear and derogatory message. Hank was visibly shaken by Becca's tough take on his behaviors.
