Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. At the beginning of "Devil's Trap", how many bullets did the Colt have in it?

Answer: 3

Considering that the gun and bullets were made in 1836 (according to John's statement about the Alamo), the fact that the gun had any bullets is remarkable.
2. Which actor guest starred as John Winchester's long-time "friend", Bobby, whom Dean and Sam seek help from?

Answer: Jim Beaver

Sebastian Spence played one of the assistant demons, Matt Riley played the demon-possessed firefighter, and Jeffrey Morgan plays John Winchester.
3. Which of the following best describes Meg Masters?

Answer: Possessed

Because Meg was possessed, this meant that Dean and Sam could exorcise her and "kill" the demon inside. However, Meg had fallen from a building in a previous episode and the demon was the only thing keeping her alive.
4. Sam was able to use his psychic powers to move the Colt towards him.

Answer: False

Although Sam stared at the Colt, he was unable to move it towards him.
5. Which character said this? "You think you guys invented lying to the cops? I'll figure something out."

Answer: Bobby

Bobby said this to Dean while he was waiting for the paramedics to show up.
6. When Meg tells Dean "sunrise", to which is she referring too?

Answer: The name of the apartment building that John Winchester was being held

Dean and Sam didn't understand what Meg meant by "sunrise" until they saw the apartment buildings near the rivers.
7. Where did Dean and Sam travel to, after meeting with Bobby, to find their father?

Answer: Jefferson City

Manning and Salvation were both places that the Winchesters had visited in the previous episode, "Salvation". Lawrence is where the Winchesters are originally from.
8. How did Dean know that his father was possessed?

Answer: His dad would have "ripped him a new one" for using one of the bullets

Demon/John told Dean that he was proud of him for keeping a clear head and looking out for the family. The holy water that was splashed on John inside the Sunrise apartments didn't have any effect, because "the demon" was too strong.
9. At the end of "Devil's Trap" what hit the Impala?

Answer: A semi- truck

If you looked carefully at the truck driver's eyes, you could see that he was possessed. What a way to end the season!
10. At the end of the episode, how many bullets are left in the Colt to kill "the demon"?

Answer: 1

There were three bullets in the Colt at the beginning of the episode, but Dean used one to save Sam from a possessed human. Sam used the other one to expel "the demon" from his father by shooting him in the leg.
