Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. According to Rube's story, does the swamp have a hard bottom?

Answer: Yes

In this episode we hear Rube telling a story, narration style and at the retreat, about a man attempting to get home to his wife. He leaves her and she gives him three days to get home, or else she'd be gone forever. He leaves anyway, but decides two days into the journey he wants to go back to her. On his way he encounters a swamp.

He asks a boy nearby if the swamp has a hard bottom. The boy assures him that it does, and the man rides into it. He starts sinking and says to the boy, "I thought you said it had a hard bottom." The boy replies, "It does, you just haven't got there yet."
2. Delores comments to Millie that she has a very bare cubicle. How bare did Delores think with it was?

Answer: as a pop star's midriff

Delores was trying to coax Millie to join in on their annual retreat, but Millie did not want to come along. Delores commented that she used sarcasm to keep people at bay and that her bare cubicle reflected her lack of a personal life. So, George took a picture of model tennis players from a gym and framed it as Millie's parents.

She later takes it out and replaces it with a picture of her and Reggie.
3. Diego, that Brazilian trainer, spoke which language?

Answer: Portuguese

Daisy and Georgia show up to reap Chloe and Zoe at a local gym. The two women scheduled to die approach Diego and start speaking Spanish. He informs them that he is from Brazil and speaks Portuguese. The women are killed when a graveling causes Diego to drop a weighted barbell on their throats. Julien Phipps played Diego.
4. While inside the gym, Daisy and George wander over to The Pump, a health food kiosk. What item did the lady behind the counter offer them for free?

Answer: Rev N Up bar

This is the advertisement where George found the model tennis players to use as Millie's parents.
5. Which reaper would be getting their next waffle free, because of the number of holes on their punch card?

Answer: Daisy

Georgia did not buy into the whole punch cards for free waffles gimmick. Everyone else at the table had a punch card, so Georgia also noted that not joining into the group had been a pattern for her. It was Mason that needed 8 more punches and Roxy 7, in order to get one free waffle. Daisy explained she'd been eating a lot lately due to her reaper metabolism.
6. Who was the Happy Time retreat facilitator?

Answer: Greg

Lochlyn Munro played Greg, the energetic leader of the Happy Time retreat. He tried to give Millie a cap to wear, but she kept refusing to take it. Lochlyn Munro also guest starred on "21 Jumpstreet", "Charmed", and both "CSI" and "CSI Miami". His movies include "Scary Movie", "Dracula 2000", and "White Chicks". He was born Richard Laughlain Munro in 1966 and turned 39 on Feb. 12, 2005.
7. At the Happy Time retreat we meet a feuding ex-couple named Frank and Sally. Which American city had Frank moved from to be with Sally?

Answer: Albany

He claimed to have moved 3000 miles to be with her, so I assumed it was Albany, New York. There are many cities named Albany in various American states, so one can never be sure. The two reconcile at the end of Rube's story about the man on his way back to his wife.
8. Daisy recounts an incident to Mason about her hiding in a cabinet from a shrew, Mrs. Tyrone Power. Where was Mrs. Power supposed to be while Daisy was with her husband?

Answer: Palm Springs

Daisy was trying to open a cabinet in Rube's apartment, when she fondly recalled this incident to Mason. Mason was helping himself to Rube's liquor, and Daisy adds that she had to relieve herself inside a highball glass. A highball is usually an 8 ounce glass used for alcoholic beverages.
9. After Rube delivers Post-Its to the gang, Mason loses his. Where did the Post-It NOT end up before Mason found it again?

Answer: bottom side of a waffle house carrying tray

Mason attempted to stuff it into his pocket, but it was not all the way inside. So, when he stood up it floated off of his jeans and down onto a man's shoe, then to the carriage, and somehow floated down from the sky onto a painted wall. The woman who found the Post-It was the woman Mason was supposed to reap.

He later finds her with it just before she is killed, and gets her soul out in time.
10. Daisy and Mason dance to the song "The Hokey Pokey" while in Rube's apartment.

Answer: True

After Daisy reconsiders drinking Rube's liquor, the two become sauced and trash his place. They play his records, "Hokey Pokey" among them, wear blank Post-Its, and lie on his bed. Daisy encourages Mason into remembering where the death was to occur, and that is how he found the woman before she was shot. Daisy stayed behind and cleaned up their mess.
