Very easy question. Dr. Johnson has written the very first English dictionary and wants the Prince Regent to endorse it. Prince George is under the impression that the book is in fact a novel and tries to give the doctor advice about how to write a good one.

Answer: False

Blackadder admired Dr. Johnson until he sent the doctor his manuscript to read but never got a reply, so he dislikes him. Later, when Dr. Johnson reveals that he thinks Blackadder's novel is actually very good, Blackadder decides he likes him again.
