Earlier in the episode, Giles' nightmare of being unable to read came true, therefore he would have been unable to read Buffy's name on the headstone in order to realise that this was his nightmare.

Since we never actually heard Angel revealing all of his past to Buffy, she may not have known at this time that Angel was Irish. Or it could be a blunder on the part of the writers, who hadn't yet decided Angel was going to be Irish! The first flashback to Angel (as Liam) in his homeland of Ireland was in, 'Becoming part 1' when Darla sired him.

In 'After Life', Buffy asked Spike, "How long was I gone?" and he replied, "147 days yesterday...148 today, 'Cept today doesn't count, does it?"
This is much nearer to 5 months than 3.

Despite the fact that she needed Spike's help to find Rack's place in 'Wrecked', Buffy found it apparently unaided in 'Two To Go'. One possible explanation for this is that Willow killed Rack, which may have lifted the cloak, but this is never explained.
