C-4 is the explosive of choice for most of the bombs on "NCIS"! It is a fairly common type of plastic explosive. Its chemical composition makes it very malleable. It can be shaped easily and placed in small, confined places. This type of explosive is about 30% more explosive than TNT. Now ya know!

9. On "NCIS" by what other name is a toilet or bathroom known as?

Answer: the head

The Army calls it a latrine, while the Navy and Marines call it the head. In the days of wind powered vessels, the toilets were placed at the front, or head, of the ship. This prevented odors from being carried across the rest of the ship by wind currents. Being that this tradition started on ships, it seems fitting that they are called heads by the Navy and Marines, but not by the Army.
