Answer: Baz

In this episode, Rodney is elected Chairman of the Tenants' Association. Del takes advantage of the situation by trying to get the family moved to a new council bungalow. Baz is the third person at the meeting.

Rodney decides to break up the partnership and goes it alone with Mickey Pearce. However, he is stupid enough to attend an auction with Del Boy who keeps telling him to steer clear of lot 37. "Licensed to Drill" was a 27-minute production about oil. Del had purchased an oilrig, which was kept in a London warehouse. It was made around 1984, and my sources tell me it was made to be an educational programme for school children.
