In this episode, Rodney is elected Chairman of the Tenants' Association. Del takes advantage of the situation by trying to get the family moved to a new council bungalow. Baz is the third person at the meeting.

2. In "Healthy Competition" which auction lot does Del warn Rodney against buying?

Rodney decides to break up the partnership and goes it alone with Mickey Pearce. However, he is stupid enough to attend an auction with Del Boy who keeps telling him to steer clear of lot 37. Rodney, thinking that Del wants it for himself, bids and wins this lot. It turns out to be broken lawnmower engines.
