Answer: Donna

The President was recording a radio address in the Oval Office and Donna recalls that the President had taken so long to get the recording right last time that she had to send the guests home with White House key chains. In this instance, the President ended up doing the recording live.

Ainsley was anxious about meeting Lionel Tribbey, the White House Counsel, as he comes across as scary on television to her. He stormed into Leo's office with a cricket bat complaining about Joyce and Brookline who did not disclose that they had the Rockland memo. Leo then tells Lionel that Ainsley has been hired for his office and Lionel storms in to the Oval Office interrupting the President's radio recording.

Abbey instructs Charlie to tell the President that he is now well enough for them to sleep with each other. The President rushes Abbey into the Oval Office but she says it would be better if they went to their bedroom.

C.J has to deal with General Barrie who isn't a fan of the President and threatens to go on television to give his opinion that Bartlet is a weak Commander-in-Chief. C.J outwits him but President Bartlet tells her to allow the television show to go ahead.

Abbey finally arrives back home and has a surprise for Bartlet but he manages to upset her. Instead of his surprise she sits in their bedroom telling him about all the women that have been overlooked by the American government.

Abbey sat in the Oval Office while the President delivered his radio address live about women and their contribution to America. At the end of the recording, Abbey tells him to hurry up to the residence so she can give him his surprise.

Throughout the episode, Sam was helping Josh with the insurance company that is demanding thousands from Josh as they said he wasn't covered for the shooting. Sam ends up trying to convince Josh to sue the Knights of the Klu Klux Clan but Josh says he doesn't want to.
