Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Joseph Peach informs Alice that a sacrifice is required, and that sacrifice is Izzy. What does he refer to Izzy as?

Answer: A little angel

Alice, having spent a bit more time in Joseph Peach's other world, realizes that things are very obviously different. She feels weird, but in a good way; her head finally has a bit of clarity. Joesph, sitting with Alice in the fields, tells her that all of it may be lost because the higher power that gave the Peach Family the summer house demands what it was promised-- the offering.

It needs Izzy as a sacrifice, but she got away and they need her that very evening. Alice indicates that she understands. After leaving the Peach Family's world 'upstairs', Izzy was able to make it to her hiding spot. Zoe escapes as well, but she's followed soon after by the entire Peach Family.
2. Who delivers Izzy to Louise's house?

Answer: Diane

Louise and Luke, having decapitated a number of Peach Family members, think about what to do next before there's a knock at the door. Luke loads his gun before they head up to the door and, on the other side, they find Izzy in Diane's care. Diane recommends that they keep the child safe when the Peach Family arrives, but she does not accept the invitation to enter the house. Zoe arrives soon after while Louise starts to clean the child up.

She is, of course, back without Alice.
3. Louise and Zoe believe that the best course of action to protect Izzy is to do which of the following?

Answer: Drive far away

Zoe brings up the higher power with Louise and Luke and they all trust that the Peach Family will arrive in short time. Louise tells Zoe to take her car and drive Izzy as fast and as far as they can, but as soon as Zoe goes to get the car started, she finds Alice already patiently standing on the front porch. Alice urges Zoe to hand the girl over without fuss, but the conversation soon shifts with both girls claiming that they can take each other away and take care of one another. Alice is resolute though, and soon Zoe has to lock her out.
4. Alice, in her fury, kills who of these?

Answer: Dave, the student loan guy

As soon as Zoe locks Alice out of Louise's house, a man arrives on the property looking for Alice, claiming to be a friend from college. He doesn't realize that he's talking to her directly though, so she calls his bluff. It turns out that he's her student loan guy, and he's arrived to ask after the $90,000 she owes. Instead of hearing him out, she leaps on him, biting into his neck and killing him then and there. Immediately after, she resumes banging on the door.
Zoe, heading back inside, spies the Peach Family approaching the house and rushes to the basement.
Joseph Peach, meanwhile finds all of Louise's hard detective work digging into the Peach Family history and mystery.
5. Zoe and the others make an attempt to escape Louise's house through the bootlegger tunnels.

Answer: True

Zoe finds Louise and Luke with Izzy down in the basement attempting to break into the bootlegger tunnels and make an escape. The do, and soon they end up wandering through the dark and coming across another boarded-up passage. This one is easier to break into.
Joseph, is close behind, but when he reaches the basement he finds the decapitated bodies of his sons and followers and cries for them. Their heads watch from the table nearby. In an instant, he seems to shift his image into that of a man coated in white paste, much like the paste Izzy was coated with.
While Zoe and Luke continue to try and open the bootlegger tunnel, Louise, watching their back, finally spots the creature that Joseph Peach has transformed into. Speaking through his servant, he distracts the others while Izzy is pulled through the exit to the tunnel. Peach leaves the others down there in the dark.
6. Where is the sacrifice expected to be performed?

Answer: In Medallion Park

After starting a fire in front of the stone towers, formerly the Peach Chapel, in Medallion Park, Edie begins to feel her first contractions. She's led through the park by the skinless man. Joseph and Alice, meanwhile, carry Izzy's body into the park to the fires; the paste is prepared by Joseph's wife. As Joseph and Alice rub the paste onto the girl, Alice asks if she'll see their God. Joseph says she will, but her mind is fragile, so she will want to close her eyes first.
Zoe, Louise, and Luke make their way into the park to find Diane already watching and waiting. They agree that they will do whatever they have to.
Soon, it becomes time. Alice and the Peach Family cover their eyes and await their God.
7. What question does Zoe ask her sister during the sacrifice, interrupting the ceremony?

Answer: "How often does it need to eat?"

Although Alice is told to keep her eyes closed, she doesn't. When she removes her hands, she sees that the staircase has appeared before them between the ruins of the chapel and this time, at the top, she sees the red door. She looks back at Izzy nervously while the door opens.
Watching from the bushes, Zoe and Louise attempt to get closer and Zoe steps out to save her sister. Interrupting the ceremony, Zoe asks Alice how often the God needs to eat, but she does not know. While they talk, Diane steals Izzy off the altar without anyone noticing. She races off into the night, potentially spoiling the sacrifice.
Joseph watches on nervously with his son's head in his hands. He tells Zoe that she just killed her sister as a horned being steps out onto the stairs.
8. Is Izzy sacrificed?

Answer: No

A scream peals through the night. While Edie dies giving birth to her child in a clearing, Diane falls to her knees. Izzy awakens and runs away, but Diane puts herself vulnerable to attack. Fortunately, Luke is able to save Diane, knocking down Joseph's servant and smashing him with a meat tenderizer. At the chapel ruins, the God descends the staircase while the others watch on. Joseph steps forward regretfully as his God opens his cloak, bearing the void.

In that instant, all of the Peaches, save for Joseph, are destroyed, exploding in a shower of viscera behind him. Alice, Zoe, and Louise watch on in horror.
9. When Alice looks at the God

Answer: Her mother

With his family dead, Joseph Peach concedes and his God crosses his arms. A single insult is all he has time to let out. After watching his family die, he's torn in half by the creature's psychic powers, leaving only Alice remaining in front of the stairs. All she sees before her, however, is her mother. Zoe and Louise scream for her not to believe the vision before her, but she hesitates and steps forward towards her mother's embrace, reaching her hands out and meeting her there. Alice soon realizes her mistake, however, when she stares into her mother's eyes and sees nothing less than the void in her visage. Ironically, although she believed that nothing would be worse than going insane before Peach helped her, that's precisely what happens as she looks deeper into the madness there.

The God leaves, ascending the stairs and disappearing, leaving Alice behind. With the Peaches no longer alive, the summer house lays virtually dormant and the red door remains shut.
10. One year later, who does not remain living in Louise's house?

Answer: Alice

One year later, Alice reunites with her mother; both are now together in the institution.
In Butcher's Block, the graffiti of the butcher seems to be fading. Zoe wakes up in her room in Louise's house on a bright day. It's not easy, but she copes, taking her medicine. Izzy and Luke remain there as well, together in their makeshift family. All of them sit down happily to a meal of spanakopita-- vegetarian, of course.
In Medallion Park, the skinless man walks through the fields as the sun sets.
