She is accused of having brought unspecified "sensitive materials" back from her travels to Asia. This is, of course, a mix up. She brought back a kite for Tim and several tedious video cassettes of herself shot using a huge eighties-style video camera.

2. What film gets Tim the sack but then helps him out at the Job Centre?

Answer: The Phantom Menace

Tim disliked 'The Phantom Meance' intensely and Jar Jar Binks in particular. He rather rudely tells a young boy to leave the shop when he asks to buy a Jar Jar doll. His boss sacks him but at the job centre the benefit officer realises that 'The Phantom Menace' has cost Tim his job and promises to help him.

3. Other than English, in what language does Daisy's benefit officer speak to her?

Answer: Vietnamese

Daisy had been travelling for three months but claimed that she had been sick and that was why she had not been able to sign on. The benefit officer notices her T-shirt says Saigon and asks her if she has been on holiday which she denies. He then asks her in Vietnamese how Saigon is. Without thinking, Daisy replies in Vietnamese "I no speak Vietnamese. I English".

Her claim is rejected.

4. Which actor/comedian plays Tim's boss at the comic book store?

Answer: Bill Bailey

Bill Bailey plays Bilbo Bagshot, owner of the Fantasy Bazaar. Kevin Eldon appeared in the first episode of the series as one of the Matrix-style agents.

Mike is eating instant coffee out of a large tin.

Olivia appeared in section which spoofed the film "The Sixth Sense". She had played the wife of Bruce Willis's character in the real film.

Mark Gatiss appeared as one of the Matrix-agents in the first episode of the series.
