When the TARDIS crash lands in Amelia's garden, the Doctor hauls himself out, dripping wet. Amelia asks why he is wet. His reply is that he fell in the swimming pool in the library. Amelia doesn't believe him.

Hungry from his recent regeneration, the Doctor asks Amelia for food. After going through apples (they're disgusting), yogurt (just stuff with bits in it), bacon (he thinks Amelia is trying to poison him), beans (they're evil...bad, bad beans), bread and butter (which he hurls out the front door), and carrots (to which his reply is "Are you insane?!"), he finally settles on fish fingers and custard, and happily munches away on it at the table.

Answer: Prisoner Zero has escaped.

The Doctor examines the crack in Amelia's wall, and hears noise on the other side. Listening carefully, he hears the words, "Prisoner Zero has escaped". When he opens the crack to repair it, the Atraxi guard sends the message to the Doctor's psychic paper.

Answer: Man and dog

Prisoner Zero is a multiform, and can assume the form of anything that it has a psychic link to. Zero uses the comatose patients in Leadworth Hospital, as they are still conscious, but their minds are dormant. The first form that Zero takes is of a man and his dog. However, it gets the speech a bit mixed up, and the man barks instead of the dog.

Answer: Jeff

Jeff lives with his grandmother, and the Doctor briefly meets him when he investigates their home. Later, when the Doctor comes back for Jeff's laptop, he takes one look at the screen and says, "Blimey! Get a girlfriend, Jeff!"

Answer: Rory Williams

Rory is a nurse at Leadworth Hospital, and is a somewhat bumbling boyfriend. At the end of the episode, which is 2 years after the Doctor saves the world, a wedding dress is seen in Amy's room, implying that she is getting married, presumably to Rory, although she does not mention this to the Doctor when she first goes inside the TARDIS.

Instead, she asks if he can get her back for "tomorrow morning...for stuff".

Answer: The last digit of pi

The Doctor hacks into a video conference call with some of the world's top organisations on Jeff's laptop, and tries to gain the trust of the callers by proving his intelligence. He presents Fermat's Theorem, faster-than-light travel with 2 diagrams, why electrons have mass and a joke.

Answer: Fire engine

The distance from Leadworth to the hospital is a fair distance, so the Doctor drives a fire engine to get there quickly. The same fire engine can be seen earlier when the Doctor uses the sonic screwdriver to attract the Atraxi to the village green. The fire engine drives off by itself, with the firemen running after it.

Answer: Silence

Prisoner Zero tells the Doctor that "the universe is cracked. The Pandorica will open. Silence will fall." This prophecy is presumably is a sign of things to come. The shape of the crack on Amelia's wall is seen again on the TARDIS television screen, implying that the universe is indeed cracked.

Answer: You sexy thing!

The Doctor rushes to the TARDIS when he feels the key in his jacket pocket glow and heat up, in a similar fashion to the TARDIS key in "Father's Day". When he sees the outside, he says, "What have you got for me this time?", and when he opens the door, he goes silent, before saying, "Look at you. Oh, you sexy thing. Look at you!" The interior of the TARDIS isn't fully shown until the very end of the episode, when Amy sees it for the first time.
