After a good dinner at Monk's, Jerry tries to top it all off with a piece of the best apple pie in the city, and when his new girlfriend, Audrey, refuses to eat any, he's disappointed. Of course, Jerry takes the idea too far, and the gang always talks about her flaw.

While talking to George about the fussy eater, George tries to get Jerry to run through the night in his mind in order to remember if he embarrassed her. When Jerry brings up the moving walkway idea, George loves it. Surprisingly, Kramer did not think of this crazy idea although he usually creates wacky ideas, one of which will come to life in this season.

Kramer has Elaine pose for him an realizes that the resemblance is uncanny. When George and Elaine go down to check it out, they realize that it's true. The mannequin looks exactly like her. George takes the opportunity to look for a good suit while he's at the store.

Kramer's back is itchy through this episode because he decided not to wear a shirt on his couch which had no fabric on it. In the beginning of the episode, Kramer ends up using Jerry's spatula to scratch his back, and he finally finds relief with the woman with the long nails.

Poppie is one of the many recurring characters in the "Seinfeld" series, and he makes his first appearance in this episode. While at Poppie's restaurant, Jerry asks Audrey if she's eaten the desserts there, and she says she's eaten almost all of them. Jerry decides to order apple pie and he confronts her about the pastry problem.

When Poppie meets Jerry, Poppie promises he's going to make a special meal for him, and Jerry goes to the bathroom. While washing his hands, Poppie leaves one of the stalls and Jerry notices that although Poppie is the head chef, he didn't wash his hands after using the toilet.

In the episode, Kramer brings Olive flowers and begins dating her because of her nails. Meanwhile, Audrey eats Poppie's pizza and Jerry refuses it by shaking his head like Audrey did with the pie. Audrey assumes that Jerry was trying to get back at her.

George manages to hide the suit amongst another rack of suits and his opponent tells him that he'll get his revenge for it. When George buys the suit and wears it for his job interview, he notices it makes a weird swishing sound when he walks.

When a man says that he saw the mannequin in a g-string and a pointy bra, Elaine and Jerry rush to the store, and when the employee goes to the manager, she steals it. After this, Jerry rushes to Poppie's with a health inspector.

At the interview, everything seems to go well, but when the table is served a free dessert, George discovers that the chef was the guy who wanted the suit. George never got the job interview, but he was the only one at the table not to get violently ill. Meanwhile, Kramer loses his itch and needs to break up with Olive, so he claims that the mannequin is his girlfriend.

Although the gang doesn't discover who made the mannequin, it turns out to be the guy from "The Cigar Store Indian" that Elaine met on the subway.
