1. What country does Cesar live in?

Answer: France

He is one of the crooks that Bart stayed with in France while on a student exchange program. This is in the episode "The Crepes of Wrath", and Cesar and his partner put antifreeze in the wine. Bart reveals them to the French authorities.

2. Who did Renee date?

Answer: Moe

Voiced by Helen Hunt, Moe tried to impress her by buying her expensive things. He thought that's why she stayed with him, because he was otherwise too ugly. This resulted in an attempted insurance claim by having Homer steal Moe's car.

3. Who owns the Fortune Megastores chain?

Answer: Arthur Fortune

We meet him in the episode "Monty Can't Buy Me Love", when his newest mall opens in Springfield. Burns is jealous of the millionaire's popularity and tries to get everyone to like himself better.

4. What is the name of the gay man from the second-hand store?

Answer: John

We see him in the episode "Homer's Phobia", when the Simpson family visit the store and John is wearing Homer's old 'Pin Pals' bowling shirt. Homer is afraid that Bart is gay as well.

This is revealed when she spends time with Homer during her holidays because Bart has gone on a road trip with Nelson, Milhouse and Martin. She tells Homer when they sleepover at the Nuclear Power Plant.

Homer goes back to college because he is 'grossly unqualified' to work as a Nuclear Physicist. After watching a TV show, he thinks that all Deans are like the 'crusty, old' one in the show, and starts a rivalry with Dean Peterson.
