Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What colour is the No-End House?

Answer: Black

In a quiet, suburban neighbourhood, a young woman worries about turning the corner around house #6. When she finally does and walks to the street, she looks to her left and sees the foreboding, black house at the end. She starts walking towards it, but she runs when a man starts pursuing her.

She nearly makes it, too. The man tackles her on the grass out front before looking at her arm; the words 'this isn't real' are carved into her flesh. He says they'll take it right off before pulling out a lighter and sparking it.
2. Where does Margot live?

Answer: With her mother

Margot watches TV in her room before receiving a text. Her friend, Jules, comes back for a bit of the summer, having gone to school, and the two of them talk about moving in together...at least Jules does. Margot admits to being a bit of a recluse and shies away at anything social. Jules, however, manages to convince her that it might be a good idea to head out to Hall Pass, a local club, that evening. Before Margot and Jules go for a swim in the pool, they both admit to receiving a really weird video message on their phones. Neither of them really explain it.
3. Margot admits that her type is typically which of these?

Answer: Loner

At Hall Pass, Jules and Margot run into their friend, J.D., before Margot realizes that Jules tried to set her up on a blind date with one of J.D.'s friends. Margot's not really thrilled with her friend's continued attempts to break her out of her shell and she decides she wants to leave, but she's stopped by a guy who claims that he's also a bit of a misanthrope.

She's convinced to stay at least a bit longer. The four play pool, usually between flirting. J.D. tries to kiss Jules while Margot and her guy, Seth, talk about nightmares.

When Jules asks why J.D. is in town, he brings up the No-End House.
4. The No-End House is always in the same spot every year.

Answer: False

J.D. asks Margot about the text she received earlier, and this launches into a discussion about the myth behind the No-End House which, as he says, is different for everyone. Apparently, this house appears in a different place around the world every year, and no one knows where it will end up until it gets there. Each time it moves, mysterious invites are sent out and, inevitably, a date and location. Since they all received messages, they're lucky enough that it came to them. According to stories, the house contains six rooms, each with a different psychological horror. Most people don't make it to the sixth room, and those that do, allegedly, are never seen again.
5. How did Margot's father die?

Answer: Allergic reaction

The group ends up back at Margot's place, still chatting in pairs. Seth talks to Margot about being pushed around foster homes as a kid and Margot reveals that her dad died of an allergic reaction to prescription medication; she found him in the living room. She blames herself for not being home early and, possibly, changing the course of things.
When Margot goes inside, the television is on. It cuts to an abstract video, much like the one on her phone, clearly an ad for the No-End House. It gives the address. She tells the others, despite her confusion. They drive out to it.
6. On what street is the No-End House?

Answer: Nivens St.

When they pull up on Nivens St., a large group has already arrived. Some people have already been inside; one girl throws up upon exiting. J.D. tells the group that some believe hallucinogens are pumped out from the house to affect visitors inside. He asks another visitor how they heard about the place and the guy says he's been searching for it.
When Margot looks at a placard on the side of the building, it says:

Unknown artist
'The No-End House'
Date unknown
Wood, nails, copper, caulk, you.

The door to the house unlocks and the group is allowed to enter as an octet; it's the four who went together, the guy who searched for the house, a couple, and a final girl. The door closes behind them.
7. How many people enter the No-End House together (in Margot's group)?

Answer: Eight

A light flickers on in the main lobby and on the wall in front, in red paint, the words 'Beware the Cannibals' are written hastily. A door with the number one is unlocked in front of them.
When they enter the first room, they find a clean chamber with white walls. On eight pedestals rest plaster heads-- one looking identical to each of them. The searcher watches from the end of the room while others investigate their likenesses; one of the visitors realizes that he can't take a photo since his phone keeps freezing.
The lights go out, and when they come back on, plaster hands have torn each of the plaster heads in two...except for J.D.'s.
The door to the next room opens on a nearby wall. Margot is the first to make her way toward it. One of the girls in the group leaves out the exit before anything else can happen.
8. The figure in room 2 speaks to who of these?

Answer: Margot

In Room 2, the group of seven step down into an empty, blue room and the door closes behind them. The lights turn off, then on, and they notice a figure standing in the corner who wasn't there before. The figure wears a suit and an ornate mask. He walks around the group and up to J.D. before pushing him back.

He circles around Jules, but whispers in Margot's ear before the lights go out again and he disappears entirely. A bloody streak on the floor leads from the girlfriend in the group, straight to the unbroken wall; her boyfriend is gone.

She leaves out the exit and the door opens to the next room. The searcher suggests they leave; it's not too late. They continue anyways. When Jules asks Margot what was whispered to her, she says that the figure said 'welcome back, Martian.' She insists she wants to know what's next.
9. Room three must be experienced alone.

Answer: True

Room three sends the visitors through a revolving door one at a time, sending them into a hallway depicting one of Jules' greatest fears. At the far end of the hallway is a single full-length mirror and, as she walks nearer to it, she sees a laughing figure begin to peer from around it.

When she looks in behind, she sees a man gazing at her, staring and following as she races for the exit. She hears Jules' voice from the next room though, and heads through that door instead, pushing herself through to room four. In room four she's still alone though.

She sees the image of Jules on the screen but she's in a steepled room, like an attic. On the opposite wall she sees images of her father taking his seat on the night he took his medication.

When the image goes away she sees the exit to her right, but instead weighs her options, figures she needs to know more, and heads to the next room.
10. When Margot emerges behind the No-End House, how many of her friends are there?

Answer: One

When Margot enters room five, she finds a living room not unlike her own and someone seated in her father's spot. When she moves around to see who it is, she finds a deformed man. The TV on the wall plays home moves from her childhood. She tries to turn off the repeating film, but the television won't let her. She realizes the remote is in the seated man's hands. When she reaches for it, he grabs her and struggles to his feet to embrace her. She cries that she wants to go home and a door opens behind her. The figure tells her that she has to go through if she wants to go home.
She does. And when she does, she emerges at the back exit of the house. Jules is there too, stumbling around in the night, clearly affected by what she saw. When they wait in the car, they find that J.D. and Seth have not emerged from the house, and as it gets close to dawn they decide they should leave. Their car won't start though, so they start to walk. They get back to Margot's place well after dawn and Margot offers Jules a place to crash before heading inside. Jules follows with her things but notices upon reaching the front door that the house is labeled with the number six.
Inside, Margot hears whistling. Her father makes breakfast in the kitchen. He asks-- 'hey martian, how was your night?'
