Answer: Pinky

"Narf!", "Poit!" and "Zort!" are all catchphrases used by the Warner Bros character Pinky. Pinky debuted as part of the "Animaniacs" cartoon series in 1993. He is a dimwitted lab mouse who is partnered with The Brain, a super intelligent lab mouse who sought to try and take over the world every night. "Pinky and The Brain" would become the stars of their own spin-off series beginning in 1995.
2. Hyuck!

Answer: Goofy

Goofy is a famous Walt Disney cartoon character who debuted in 1932 in the animated short titled "Mickey's Revue". Goofy is famous for being tall, clumsy and not too smart. "Hyuck!" is a word used to describe his signature laughter. In addition to various Disney cartoon shorts, Goofy has appeared as the lead character in the "Goof Troop" television series from 1992-1993.
3. Wham! Bam!

Answer: Warpath

Warpath is a character that was featured in the second and third season of "The Transformers" cartoon series from the 1980's. He was an Autobot warrior who transformed into a red tank. The character seemed to have a robotic version of Tourette's syndrome as his lines would often include onomatopoeic words like "Wham!", "Bam!" and "Kazowy!"
4. Zoinks!

Answer: Shaggy

Shaggy is the human partner of the canine detective Scooby-Doo. He and Scooby debuted in 1969 the "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?" cartoon series by Hanna Barbera. Shaggy is a tall and skinny man with a big appetite. He is also fairly timid, and will shout out "Zoinks!" when he encouters something that scares him.
5. Andele! Arriba!

Answer: Speedy Gonzales

"Andele! Arriba!" are words that are spoken by the Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies character Speedy Gonzales, the "Fastest Mouse in Mexico". The words he speaks are Spanish, with "Andele! Arriba!" roughly translating to "Come on! Hurry up!" in English. An early version of Speedy debuted in 1953.

However, the character was reworked and made his official debut in the "Speedy Gonzales" cartoon short which debuted in 1955.
6. Spoon!

Answer: The Tick

"The Tick" was an animated cartoon series that aired on Fox Kids from 1994-1996. The Tick himself is a large muscular superhero who wears a blue skin-tight tick costume. His sidekick is named Arthur, a nerdy superhero who wears a skin-tight moth costume.

The series was adopted from a comic book of the same name. "Spoon!" became The Tick's battle cry after eating a bowl of cereal in the episode named "The Tick vs. Arthur's Bank Account."
7. D'oh!

Answer: Homer Simpson

Homer Simpson is the slow witted patriarch of the Simpson family. He and his family debuted in a cartoon short on "The Tracey Ullman Show" in 1987. They received their own television series in 1989, which has become one of the longest running animated series in history. Homer Simpson has a short fuse, often speaking his catchphrase "D'oh!", when he gets hurt or things don't go his way.
8. Kabong!

Answer: Quick Draw McGraw

Quick Draw McGraw is a cartoon character that was created by Hanna Barbera in 1959. He is an anthropomorphic horse who is a sheriff in the Old West. El Kabong, who is Quick Draw's alter ego, is a masked Mexican superhero (similar to Zorro). El Kabong attempts to capture crooks by smashing them in the head with a guitar.

As he does this, El Kabong shouts out his signature catchphrase, "Kabong!"
9. Giggity! Giggity!

Answer: Quagmire

Quagmire is the neighbor of Peter Griffin in the "Family Guy" television series. He is portrayed as a middle aged man who is obsessed with sex. Anything he finds arousing will get him to speak his catchphrase, "Giggity! Giggity!" He is often seen flirting with Lois Griffin (Peter's wife) and is known to have a bunch of bikini-clad Asian women hidden in the trunk of his car.
10. Wowzers!

Answer: Inspector Gadget

Inspector Gadget is a cartoon detective from the series of the same name which which ran from 1983-1986. Inspector Gadget is a human who has been fitted with various cybernetic components. He can activate these components by shouting "Go, Go, Gadget" plus whatever device he's using. He shouts out "Wowzers!" whenever he gets scared or encounters something unusual.
