Question 1 of 10
1. The Blight's melee weapon for basic attacks is representative of his backstory and general lore, being a very talented Scottish Chemist. What is his weapon? Hint

Question 2 of 10
2. The Blight's power is known as Blighted Corruption, enabling him his trademark capability of basically moving really, really fast. However, it is not without its limitations- The Blight can only begin to use it when it is fully powered, and he consumes one token every time he initiates a rush. In order to initiate a rush, all tokens must be available. Not factoring add-ons, how many rushes can The Blight perform before being forced into cooldown? Hint

Question 3 of 10
3. Part of the appeal to Blighted Corruption comes from what are called Lethal Rushes, able to damage Survivors who get in The Blight's way. However, there is some limitation to Lethal Rushes, as the Blight cannot use Lethal Rush immediately upon activating a rush-- he must first use a minimum number of tokens to damage someone. Assuming he successfully lands a hit on a Survivor, how many tokens minimum must the Blight use? Hint

Question 4 of 10
4. The Blight moves extremely quickly while in the midst of utilizing his power. Juxtaposed to the running speed of Survivors and assuming no add-ons, how quickly can the Blight move when using it? Hint

Question 5 of 10
5. Every Killer gets three teachable perks that, when acquired, can be given to other Killers. The Blight's first perk in that regard is basically a trap perk that is generator focused: upon damaging a generator, any Survivor who comes into contact with the generator will become Exposed for a sizeable amount of time and scream, revealing their position. What perk is this? Hint

Question 6 of 10
6. The Blight's second teachable perk is a hex based perk, which will cause nearby pallets to become blocked for a short period of time once the Killer injures the Survivor with a basic or special attack. What is it? Hint

Question 7 of 10
7. The Blight's third and final teachable perk is also a hex based perk, functioning as a bodyguard for other hex perks the Killer is using. What is it? Hint

Question 8 of 10
8. This add-on, an ultra rare, really helps put the 'Lethal' into Lethal Rush for the Blight; if he consumes all but one of his rush tokens, the very last one used will immediately put a Survivor into the Dying State upon a successful hit. What add-on is this? Hint

Question 9 of 10
9. This add-on, an ultra rare, lets the Blight destroy pallets with his rushes, even his first one, very quickly, and slows down Survivors who the Blight is rushing near. What add-on is this? Hint

Question 10 of 10
10. When not using his power, how quickly does the Blight move juxtaposed to a running Survivor, not factoring in any perks or add-ons? Hint

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The Blight's melee weapon for basic attacks is representative of his backstory and general lore, being a very talented Scottish Chemist. What is his weapon?

Answer: The Bonebuster

The Bonebuster takes on the appearance of a cane that has a sharpened top, though it is used to bludgeon instead of stab.

Answer: Five

When he initiates a rush, The Blight has three seconds to find a structure to Slam off of, allowing him to basically bounce off of it and continue rushing. Every time he Slams an object, he consumes one token. If he slams off a structure and has no tokens remaining, he will immediately be forced into a fatigue similar to The Nurse and her blinking.

He must then spend time allowing his power to regenerate all five tokens before rushing again.

Answer: Two

The first token is used initiating the rush, looking for an object to slam. The second token is used upon activating Lethal Rush and swinging at the Survivor. The second token is consumed whether or not the Blight manages to actually hit the Survivor, and missed swings will still cost one token.
4. The Blight moves extremely quickly while in the midst of utilizing his power. Juxtaposed to the running speed of Survivors and assuming no add-ons, how quickly can the Blight move when using it?

Answer: 230%

This speed can be gradually increased using the Blighted Crow or Blighted Rat add-ons, which improve the speed of successive rushes. The speed can also be reduced by the Placebo Tablet add-on, which grants more Bloodpoints for a successful Lethal Rush but also makes The Blight much slower while rushing.

Answer: Dragon's Grip

Dragon's Grip is an interesting pick for Freddy or The Doctor, as they both have the means to effectively locate the afflicted Survivor and deliver a swift, one-hit down. It can be useful on any Killer for keeping Survivors honest, stopping them from hiding near a generator and simply returning to it the moment you have damaged it and begun walking away.
6. The Blight's second teachable perk is a hex based perk, which will cause nearby pallets to become blocked for a short period of time once the Killer injures the Survivor with a basic or special attack. What is it?

Answer: Hex: Blood Favor

At launch, Blood Favor was a very poor choice for a perk due to having sizable cool down, only working with basic attacks, and being a Hex perk that could easily be removed from play. However, once the "Hour of the Witch" chapter launched, a great number of perks were modified, and Blood Favor received an enormous buff.

It no longer had any cool down at all, and it now would activate off of special attacks as well as basic. This means it is a decent pick for pretty much anyone, as it can consistently deny pallet saves while also being a nightmare to deal with in closed quarters, where it's heightened range could block off numerous loops for an injured Survivor to run to.
7. The Blight's third and final teachable perk is also a hex based perk, functioning as a bodyguard for other hex perks the Killer is using. What is it?

Answer: Hex: Undying

Undying is a great pick for a Killer whose strategy is largely based around another Hex perk, typically Ruin or Devour Hope. If Undying is active and any hex totem at all is cleansed, it will always be Undying that is consumed instead of another hex perk. Thus, it functions as an insurance perk of sorts that can prevent the Killer from losing their other hex perk too quickly due to poor luck with their totem spawn.
8. This add-on, an ultra rare, really helps put the 'Lethal' into Lethal Rush for the Blight; if he consumes all but one of his rush tokens, the very last one used will immediately put a Survivor into the Dying State upon a successful hit. What add-on is this?

Answer: Iridescent Blight Tag

Iridescent Blight Tag is an absolutely nasty add-on that pairs wonderfully with a few other Blight add-ons, namely the Alchemist's Ring (immediately recharges all rush tokens upon a successful hit), the Blighted Crow and Rat (increase the speed of successive chained rushes) and the Shredded Notes (removes one rush token but speeds up the regeneration of tokens).

It also pairs beautifully with the Lethal Pursuer perk, as The Blight will have to use most of his tokens getting across the map anyway, and can thereby use the perk and add-on to pick up a near-immediate first down of the game, kicking it off with momentum.
9. This add-on, an ultra rare, lets the Blight destroy pallets with his rushes, even his first one, very quickly, and slows down Survivors who the Blight is rushing near. What add-on is this?

Answer: Compound Thirty Three

The main attraction to this add-on is its ability to completely delete pallets with virtually no cooldown and doing so pretty much immediately. It takes a Killer three second to break a pallet, and this is reduced a shade less than 2.5 when using the Brutal Strength perk.

This add-on allows the Blight to use a rush and smash a pallet instantly, with only a 1.5 second fatigue period afterward. This can allow him to heavily pressure a fleeing Survivor who will also be held back by this add-on's secondary effect: the Hindered status effect, which slows a Survivor down by 15%.

This allows the Blight to erase a pallet with extreme efficiency, then very quickly catch back up to the Survivor to hit them.
10. When not using his power, how quickly does the Blight move juxtaposed to a running Survivor, not factoring in any perks or add-ons?

Answer: 115%

Unlike the Nurse and Spirit, who can quickly get around a map, the Blight also has a typical Killer speed to fallback on when his power is on cooldown. As the Blight often has to use basic attacks during this cooldown period, this allows him to remain very efficient at running a Survivor down.
