Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. The Oni is quite the talented warrior and his choice of weapon for basic attacks reflects that. What is the Oni's melee weapon for basic attacks?

Answer: Sword

When the player has chosen the Oni but takes a few minutes to get ready to look for a match, the Oni's idle animation sees him posing with his sword tactfully and skillfully. His backstory also indicates he is very skilled with the blade.
2. The Oni's power is fittingly known as "Yamaoka's Wrath". The main attraction, Blood Fury, lets the demon inside truly come out, turning The Oni's weapon into a brutal Kanebo he can use to one-shot down Survivors who get in his way. To activate Blood Fury, the Oni must find and absorb Blood Orbs across the map. Where can the Oni get them?

Answer: Off of injured Survivors

To get the ball rolling and begin charging his power, the Oni must find and injure one Survivor as early as humanly possible. Until then, he cannot make use of his fearsome power. Worth noting is that, should a Survivor enter the game with the No Mither perk, they will immediately leave behind Blood Orbs for the Oni, essentially doing the work for him in that regard.
3. Once Blood Fury has been activated, The Oni gains two new maneuvers he can temporarily make use of: Demon Strike and Demon Dash. Demon Strike will one shot any Survivor in its path, and Demon Dash predictably makes the Oni much faster. How fast will the Oni move juxtaposed to Survivors running, assuming no add-on would enhance that, when Demon Dashing?

Answer: 195.5%

Nearly twice as fast as Survivors, this means the Oni can easily catch up to them and end chases very, very quickly off the strength of the Demon Strike.
4. Every Killer gets three teachable perks that, when acquired, can be given to other Killers. The Oni's first perk in that regard shows the Killer using it the auras of nearby pallets, window vaults and breakable walls. What is it?

Answer: Zanshin Tactics

Zanshin Tactics can be a helpful perk for a new player who is attempting to learn the layout of a particular map. Beyond new players, though, it can also be worthwhile on Pyramid Head and The Doctor, as they can use the perk to predict a Survivor's movement and then use their projectiles more efficiently as a result.

This perk is basically the Killer's equivalent of the Windows of Opportunity Survivor perk, a perk which basically does the same thing for Survivors only without the breakable walls.
5. The Oni's second teachable perk will make life harder on injured Survivors, afflicting them with the Exhausted and Hemorrhaged status effects for a sizable period of time should they be injured while an ally has been hooked. What perk is this?

Answer: Blood Echo

Blood Echo is a very interesting pick on the Plague and Legion, Killers who are very talented at keeping Survivors injured, as they can get consistent value out of the perk. It's lengthy cool down is really it's only shortcoming, but the penalty it applies onto Survivors can incentivize them greatly to heal, which can slow down the game considerably.
6. The Oni's third and final teachable perk will punish a Survivor who stuns or blinds the Killer using it, causing them to become the Killer's new obsession, while granting them the Oblivious status effect for a sizable amount of time and showing their aura to the Killer briefly. What perk is this?

Answer: Nemesis

Nemesis is a good pick in tandem with either the Play With Your Food or Remember Me perks, as the Killer can either easily drop the chase to earn a token of the former, or persist with the chase and eventually land a hit to acquire a token of the latter.

It's also very solid on particular flavors of either Michael Myers with his Judith's Journal add-on, or Leatherface with his Carburettor Tuning Guide add-on. For the former, being able to stalk your target much more quickly due to them becoming the obsession can be very helpful. For the latter, Nemesis and Play With Your Food are popular perks to go with Carburettor Tuning Guide, making Leatherface very speedy and extremely deadly as a result.
7. This add-on, a very rare, will allow the Oni to get Blood Orbs from their source much more easily. What is it?

Answer: Splintered Hull

This can allow the Oni to activate Blood Fury more during a game, quite clearly a positive to have. The add-on also doesn't announce itself to Survivors, unless one of them happens to be an avid Oni player and is very, very astute.
8. This add-on, an ultra rare, allows Survivors to see Blood Orbs much like the Oni, and they can absorb them, stopping him from gathering them. However, upon doing so, their auras will be revealed to the Oni. What add-on is this?

Answer: Renjiro's Bloody Glove

This will make it much harder for the Oni to access his power, which is the main attraction to using him in the first place. It will allow the Oni to locate Survivors more frequently though, so when he does get to use Bloody Fury, Survivors absorbing Blood Orbs will be in a world of hurt. Because Survivors drop Blood Orbs more frequently when they're being healed, it kind of works as a somewhat retexturized Nurse's Calling; unlimited range, but activates less frequently.
9. This ultra rare add-on will cause Survivors within a short range of the Oni to scream anytime he misses with a Demon Strike. What is it?

Answer: Iridescent Family Crest

This add-on can allow the Oni to use his Demon Strike as somewhat of a watered down Infectious Fright. Of course, the Oni should conserve his Blood Fury for actually connecting on hits with his Demon Strike, so this add-on's applications are pretty narrow.

It could definitely come in handy actually using it with the Whispers perk at the end of the game, when the Oni player is trying to locate that last Survivor to finish the game.
10. Most Killers in this game move at a 115% movement speed juxtaposed to the Survivors. When not using his power, is the Oni a 115% movement speed Killer?

Answer: Yes

This makes the early game a bit more bearable, as the Oni can use his speed advantage to secure that much needed first hit on a Survivor.
