Answer: Beat Cao Cao's, Liu Bei's, and Sun Jian's musuo modes

Zhang Jiao was the leader of the Yellow Turbans who defied the Han Dynasty. Cao Cao, Sun Jian, and Liu Bei were three leaders who offered their services to end the rebellion.

2. After Liu Bei's death, his son became his successor and ruler of Shu. What was his son's name?

Answer: Liu Chan

They finally put Liu Bei's son as a generic officer in this game. They appear to be only one step away from having a playable succesor for each kingdom with Sun Ce and Sun Quan in Wu, Cao Pi in Wei, and Liu Chan in Shu possibly.

3. Which orb requires you to defeat Jiang Wei at Wu Zhang Plains before Zhuge Liang dies in order to obtain it?

Answer: Shadow Orb

The shadow orb's pretty good because it can cause instant death, but it does have a drawback by taking away your musou when you use it. It's a good orb to use when you just want to rack up some kills.

Answer: True

Guan Xing was Guan Yu's second son. Guan Ping on the other hand, who is one of the new playable characters, became Guan Yu's adopted son after he witnessed the power in the martial arts that Guan Ping possessed.

Answer: Fifteen

Zuo Ci, Sun Jian, Liu Bei, and Cao Cao all have eight levels. Dian Wei, Xiahou Dun, Sun Ce, and Guan Yu all have six levels. Dong Zhuo, Yuan Shao, Lu Bu, Diao Chan, Zhang Jiao, Meng Huo, and Zhu Rong all only have four levels.

6. You have to beat the character's musou mode before you can attempt to get their fourth weapon.

Answer: False

An easy way to prove this is to play Taishi Ci's first level on hard. All you have to do is defeat Sun Quan once he gets ambushed but before Zhou Tai rescues him. Then just simply defeat Zhou Tai.

7. What is the name of the Nanman general who has the beast unit?

Answer: King Mulu

You can get the tiger collar if you defeat all three of King Mulu's beastmasters within a minute of the start of Struggle for Nan Zhong.
This can be done very easily if you have already obtained the Red Hare Harness.

8. How many times can Zhang Liao show up in the Battle of He Fei?

Answer: Four

He will appear four times if you wait long enough and defeat him each time he appears. This is the battle where he led 800 men and supposedly hold off an army of 100,000.

9. Of the three kingdoms, which one got less new characters than the others?

Answer: Wu

Wu only got Ling Tong as a new character. Wei got Cao Pi and Pang De. Shu got Guan Ping and Xing Cai. The Jin dynasty isn't even in the game.

Answer: Guan Yu

While I did list all five of the Tiger Generals of Shu, the mistake has nothing to do with the actual person. Guan Yu is the odd man out because like I stated before, Guan Yu has six playable stages while the other five listed only have five levels a piece.
