Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "Grand Theft Auto V" is the first game in the "Grand Theft Auto" series with three playable protagonists. What are their names?

Answer: Franklin, Michael, Trevor

The order in which they are introduced in the game is Michael De Santa, Trevor Philips and Franklin Clinton. Franklin lives with his aunt in a small house in Strawberry, Los Santos. Michael owns a luxurious residence in Rockford Hills, Los Santos. Trevor resides in a dilapidated mobile home in Sandy Shores, Blaine County.
2. "Grand Theft Auto V" looks familiar if you've played other "Grand Theft Auto" titles, but there are some novelties. Which feature is introduced in "Grand Theft Auto V" for the first time in the series?

Answer: ability to store a boat

Conventional garages have always been an important part in the "Grand Theft Auto" universe. Bicycles have been introduced in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" and could be stored in any of numerous garages in the game. Airplanes had been introduced before "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas", but the first hangar enabling the protagonist to store planes was made available in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas".

This feature returns along with planes in "Grand Theft Auto V". It is "Grand Theft Auto V", however, that makes a debut of purchasable marina slips (in Puerto Del Sol) where all three protagonists can store their boats.
3. "Grand Theft Auto V" features a newly drawn map of Los Santos and surrounding areas. What can be found on "Grand Theft Auto V"'s Grove Street, the home of Carl Johnson, the protagonists of "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas"?

Answer: an accessible garage

Grove Street is beautifully rendered in "Grand Theft Auto V". A trip to the famous cul-de-sac brings back lots of memories. However, there is also a garage available for Franklin where up to 4 vehicles may be stored.
4. The Epsilon Program is a religious cult popular among the wealthy people of San Andreas. It had been mentioned in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas", but "Grand Theft Auto V" actually shows its residence, members and even offers the possibility of joining the movement. What real world system of beliefs does the Epsilon Program actually mock?

Answer: Scientology

The Epsilon Program is clearly a mockery of scientology. It seems to be particularly popular among Vinewood celebrities. Kifflom!
5. Radio stations are a huge asset of every "Grand Theft Auto" game. Which famous radio station from "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" makes its return in "Grand Theft Auto V"?

Answer: Radio Los Santos

Radio Los Santos plays hip-hop and rap. It contains completely different songs than the station from "Grand Theft Auto: San Adreas", though. K-DST's counterpart in "Grand Theft Auto V" is Los Santos Rock Radio. If you want to enjoy music tune into Rebel Radio instead of K-Rose and if reggae is your game, put The Blue Ark not K-Jah West on.
6. Talking about novelties, what outdoor activity makes its debut in "Grand Theft Auto V"?

Answer: hunting

It becomes available only to Trevor after being introduced by his buddy, Cletus in the strangers & freaks side mission "Fair Game". Triathlon and flying school had been also available for Carl Johnson in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas". Driving school, also present in "Grand Theft Auto: San Adreas", is sadly missing in "Grand Theft Auto V".
7. There are several businesses such as bars, vehicle repair and customization shops, movie theaters, etc. available for purchase in "Grand Theft Auto V". The only problem is how to obtain the money to buy them. Huge cash is surely hard to get in the game, especially early on. Which "Grand Theft Auto" game was the first to introduce businesses PURCHASABLE for the main protagonist(s)?

Answer: "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City"

"Grand Theft Auto: Vice City" was the first game in the series to have properties available for purchase by the main protagonist. They included among others a car showroom, clubs, movie studios there were several asset missions associated with them.
8. Outside the sprawling Los Santos metropolis, there are smaller towns and settlements scattered across the map. Which one is NOT one of them?

Answer: Fort Carson

Paleto Bay and Chumash are located on the west side of the map, by the ocean. Sandy Shores is a desert town situated on the south shore of the Alamo Sea. Fort Carson, on the other hand, is a name of a Bone County town known from "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas".
9. Games usually start with easy missions, which had been true also for the "Grand Theft Auto" series until "Grand Theft Auto V" has arrived. So...how does "Grand Theft Auto V" actually begin?

Answer: You are in the middle of a heist.

When the game starts, you are in the middle of a heist in a snowy town of Ludendorff, North Yankton. What a change from the usual "drive the vehicle to the desired location and then take as much time as you want to look around" introduction!
10. Here's something for the completion freaks who won't stop until the will have finished the game at 100%. Which of these activities is NOT required for 100% completion of "Grand Theft Auto V"?

Answer: collecting all barrels with nuclear waste from the ocean depths

There are plenty of missions, challenges and activities that need to be completed in order to achieve 100% completion of the whole game. Collecting all 30 barrels filled with toxic waste is not required for 100% completion, but upon completing this task, you will be awarded the "Waste Management" achievement/trophy (depending on which system you play).
