Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Which enemy is most commonly found in Termina Field and surrounds themselves in a circle of grass?

Answer: ChuChu

ChuChus are the gelatinous creatures that once defeated, will drop the item seen in their belly. They come in different colors in the game; such as red, green, yellow and blue. The red drops either a heart or a green rupee, the green drops a magic jar, the yellow drops ten arrows, and the blue is empty; its purpose is to be frozen using ice arrows so Link can climb it. Like Deku Babas, these enemies respawn after being killed after a short period of time.
2. Which monsters can be seen circling the Music Box House in Ikana Canyon?

Answer: Gibdos

Once Link plays the Song of Storms to heal Sharp's soul, the river will fill up and begin to flow again. The river will activate the water mill, causing the house to play the "Farewel to Gibdos" song and they will be ridded of the monsters surrounding their home.

When Link enters their house and plays the Song of Healing for Pamela's Father, he will return to his former self and Link will get the Gibdo mask. With this, he will be mistaken for a Gibdo, allowing him to speak to them and not be attacked.
3. Which enemy found in the Great Bay area has the ability to swallow Link and eat his shield?

Answer: Like Like

After a Like Like swallows Link, it will spit him out but it may take his shield. To get it back, Link simply needs to defeat the enemy and collect it again.
4. Which of these flying enemies comes in different forms such as normal, ice or fire?

Answer: Keese

If fire or ice Keese make contact with Link, or if he is using a shield, they will lose their flame and light themselves again in a torch. These enemies swoop down and attack when they see Link, and usually they travel in groups of Keese.
5. What creature is only found in the water and spits rocks at Link?

Answer: Octorok

These enemies can be defeated either by using projectiles or deflecting it's attacks using the Hero's shield. It will take two shots to kill an Octorok using the shield. The Mirror Shield and shields of Link's other forms will crumple the rocks and not help to defeat the enemy.

In clock town, red and blue Octoroks are used in the Town Shooting Gallery mini game. If Link hits more than 39 red Octoroks, he will receive the Large Quiver, a perfect score will win him a Piece of Heart. In the Great Bay Temple and Ikana Canyon, Octoroks must be frozen using Ice Arrows for Link to proceed in his completing his journey.
6. Which enemies charge at Link as an attack outside of Woodfall Temple, and wear iron masks inside of Stone Tower Temple?

Answer: Hiploops

In Woodfall, if these enemies hit Link, it could send him flying off the platform and into the poisonous water. They can be killed in Deku form by spinning to stun them, then blowing bubbles to attack. In Stone Tower Temple, in order to remove their masks, Link must use the Hookshot.
7. Which enemy can be found in a chamber in Stone Tower Temple and on the Road to Ikana?

Answer: Nejiron

These enemies are partially made out of gun powder, making them explosive. Their primary attack is rolling over Link, once defeated they explode and leave behind bombs for Link to collect. They rise from the ground and burrow back when Link is out of range, they will not attack if Link is wearing the Stone Mask.
8. During the day, which enemy is found in Northern Termina Field outside of Snowhead Mountain?

Answer: Dodongo

Dodongos's weak spot is its tail. Once attacked, they will swing around to face Link and blast him with fire if he does not move out of the way. When they are defeated, they explode and leave a purple rupee, worth 50.
9. What enemy is mostly found in Snowhead Temple? (Note: These enemies are immobile, yet they blow bursts of icy winds that will freeze Link is he is hit by them.)

Answer: Freezard

Freezards can be killed with one shot by a Fire Arrow, or one hit by Link in Goron form. The one other place you can find a Freezard other than in Snowhead Temple is Beneath the Well in Ikana Canyon.
10. When saving Koume in the Woods of Mystery, which enemy does Link frequently encounter while he is following the Monkey?

Answer: Snapper

The Snapper's weak spot is it's under belly, which can be hit by using a bomb to flip them over, a pound from Goron Link, or popping out of a Deku flower when Link is in Deku form. These enemies attack by withdrawing into their shells then spinning towards Link with extended spikes.
11. What rat-like creature has a bomb attached to its tail and will chase after Link upon seeing him?

Answer: Real Bombchu

The most effective ways to defeating these enemies include running them over with Epona, shooting an arrow from a distance, using a shield, or running away until it explodes. Using the Hookshot, attacking with a sword, or making contact will kill a Real Bombchu but will do damage to Link in return.
12. Which enemy is a larger and more powerful version of a Skullfish that will repeatedly attack Link once they sense his presence?

Answer: Desbreko

These enemies travel with a group of Skullfish. Once the Desbreko is defeated, the remaining Skullfish will die too. Desbrekos will float to the surface and disappear when they die. The most effective weapons against Desbrekos are the Hero's bow, Hookshot, Zora Boomerangs or the Zora bio-electric barrier.
13. What bird near Milk Road in Termina Field has the ability to steal items from Link, and drops 200 rupees when defeated?

Answer: Takkuri

The Takkuri is the most powerful enemy in Termina Field, it takes many hits with any kind of arrow for it to die. If the Takkuri manages to steal either a sword or a bottle from Link, he will fly away and it will be found in the Curiousity Shop and Link will have to buy it back.

The Takkuri will be shown on the map as a red dot to mark it's location or show if it is moving toward Link. The Takkuri cannot hurt or steal anything from Link if he is riding on Epona.
14. Which enemy can only be summoned by a mask and will battle Link in a ring of fire?

Answer: Garo Robe

These enemies are only found in Ikana Canyon and are summoned by Garo's Mask. In battle, it uses blades and charges forth at Link. In order to defeat a Garo Robe, Link has to block their attack using a shield, knocking the Garo Robe back and leaving them vulnerable, then attack using a sword.

They can also be stunned using the Hookshot. It takes one shot to kill a Garo Robe with the Gilded Sword. Once defeated, they leave Link with hints, secrets or advice before they disappear.
15. Which enemy is only found at Snowhead Mountain, Snowhead Temple, or in the northern area of Termina Field at night?

Answer: Eeno

Eenos are creatures that resemble mounds of snow which move around and have faces and arms. When Link comes close enough, they will attack by throwing snowballs at him. They can be defeated by any attack once they are in their vulnerable form; when they're not a mound of snow.

When a large Eeno is defeated, it will split into three regular sized Eenos. However, if it is hit with a Fire Arrow then it will instantly be defeated and not split into more Eenos.
