1. Which of the following Legendary Pokemon flies around Sinnoh after you encounter it?

Answer: Mesprit

Once you rescue Azelf, Mesprit and Uxie from Team Galactic at the Galactic Veilstone Building, these three go back to their mythical lakes. Azelf and Uxie stay in their lakes but Mesprit flies around. Dialga can be caught at Spear Pillar.

2. How many small islands are there?

Answer: Three

The three islands are Iron Island, Fullmoon Island and Newmoon Island. Iron Island is where you help Riley, Fullmoon Island is where you find Cresselia and Newmoon Island is where you find Darkrai.

3. Which one of these Legendary Pokemon is not found in Sinnoh? (Note: This is based on adventure game play and not getting them at special events or migration. Also, these Pokemon must be seen without the use of cheats!)

Answer: Arceus

Giratina is the base of the storyline for "Pokemon Platinum". Palkia is encountered when you have the Lustrous Orb and go to Spear Pillar after you catch/kill Giratina. Articuno flies around Sinnoh after you talk to Professor Oak and have the National Dex.

Answer: Lucas

Ash is obviously not the answer due to being the main character of the TV series. Ethan is the equivalent of Lucas in "Pokemon HeartGold". Gold is the equivalent of Lucas in "Pokemon Gold".

5. Which of these is not a town?

Answer: Pastoria

Sandgem Town is the second town you encounter. Celestic Town is where you hear about the story of Uxie, Azelf and Mesprit. Floaroma Town is the place with all the flowers.

6. Which of these Gym Leaders do you encounter first?

Answer: Fantina

Fantina, Maylene and Crasher Wake have switched spots from "Diamond/Pearl". Fantina is 3rd, Maylene is 4th, Crasher Wake is 5th and Candice is 7th.

7. If your starter is a Torterra, which of these Pokemon does your rival not have?

Answer: Rapidash

Your rival always has Snorlax. Your rival will only have Floatzel if you chose Turtwig or Chimchar. Your rival will only have Roserade if you chose Turtwig or Piplup.

8. Which Pokemon is not included in the Sinnoh Pokedex?

Answer: Phione

Although Manaphy is on the Sinnoh Pokedex, Phione isn't. Absol, Rotom and Altaria are all inclusions to "Pokemon Platinum" and they are not in "Diamond" or "Pearl".

9. How many TMs are there? (Note: Do not include HMs.)

Answer: 92

There are 92 TMs and 8 HMs which make 100 'machines' altogether. In earlier Pokemon games such as "Pokemon Leaf Green" and "Pokemon Fire Red", there were only 50 TMs.

10. Which of these moves is not a rock move?

Answer: Rock Climb

Rock Climb is in fact a normal type move. This HM is used to climb scaly rock walls or to get to higher places. Rock Climb is obtained by finding it in the blizzard on Route 217. A hiker said that he had lost this particular HM.
