Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Which stage in "Super Smash Bros." (N64) features POW blocks?

Answer: Mushroom Kingdom

This stage was also in "Melee" though it didn't feature the POW Blocks. The stage itself was the only one in the N64 version in which you could 'walk' offstage. Oh, and in case you were wondering, Falcon Foothills was just a name I made up.
2. Which stage of the following stages from the N64 version featured disintegratable platforms?

Answer: Yoshi's Island

The disintegratable platforms that I refer to are the clouds on either side of the island. If you stay on them for too long, they will disappear, leaving you plummeting to your doom. Yoshi's Island is the second stage in story mode.
3. Which is not true about Planet Zebes in the N64 version?

Answer: Arwings fly over the level

Arwings? They were on the Great Fox stage. Planet Zebes was the ninth stage in story mode.
4. In Hyrule Castle (Not 'Hyrule Temple'), which of these things actually occur?

Answer: A whirlwind

Hyrule Castle is possibly the largest stage in "Super Smash Bros." Additionally, it is the first stage in story mode.
5. Now for questions in "Super Smash Bros. Melee." Which of the following is not a scrolling stage?

Answer: Flat Zone

Flat Zone is basically a "Game & Watch" unit. On this stage platforms disappear and reappear, tools fall from the sky, and oil slicks appear in the middle of the stage.
6. Which of the following stages does not feature water?

Answer: Onett

In Big Blue, the track is above an ocean. In Great Bay, you are on and around a building near a beach. Pokemon Stadium occasionally switches to its water type, featuring a waterwheel and a river. Onett does not feature any water at all.
7. How do you unlock Battlefield?

Answer: Beat All-Star Mode for your first time

Battlefield is is the stage where Multi-Man Melee takes place. It is also where you fight the metal characters in Adventure/Classic.
8. Which of the following stages from "Super Smash Bros." never appeared as a Past Stage in "Melee?"

Answer: Hyrule Castle

Dream Land is unlocked by completing Target Test. Kongo Jungle is unlocked by surviving 15-Minute Melee. Yoshi's Island is unlocked in the Home-Run Contest by hitting over a certain distance.
9. How many VS. matches must you play to unlock Brinstar Depths?

Answer: 50

Playing 100 VS matches will earn you Fourside. Play 150 to earn Big Blue. Play a total of 200 VS matches to get Poke Floats.
10. What is the name of the stage where you fight Master Hand?

Answer: Final Destination

Final Destination is also where you fight Bowser at the end of Adventure Mode. Final Destination is flat with no overlaying platforms. I hope you have enjoyed this quiz.
