'Nothing Else Matters' - Metallica. Heard it again on 'Live Earth' yesterday and for some reason it just gives me chills. Don't feel the need to cry but definitely sets off some emotions. Reply #2. Jul 08 07, 9:58 AM |

I don't know if you can call them songs but I always find myself tearing up when I hear Flower of Scotland, Theme in Glory and Highland Cathedral played by bagpipers, especially if it's a mass pipes and drums performance. I also get a little choked up hearing the 1812 Overture with live canons. Reply #4. Jul 08 07, 10:24 AM |

My Immortal by Evanescence does indeed strike an emotional cord with me. Sunlight by DJ Sammy always brings about an atmosphere of deep thought and relaxation. The closest song to having me in tears is the beautiful 'Gymnopédie No 1 by the musical genius that was Erik Satie.' If you like classical music I would recommend that as an absolute must hear, it is truly stunning and beautiful. Jon Reply #11. Jul 13 07, 4:45 PM |
