According to an item on the BBC website, the world's highest ATM is located on the Pakistan-China border at an elevation of 4,693m (15,397'). Operated by the National Bank of Pakistan (since 2016), the site is the Khunjerab Pass in Pakistan's Gilgit-Baltistan province. Apparently the ATM rates a Guinness World Record for its elevation, and relies on both solar and wind power.
