1. Scandal made her first appearance in which of these comics?

Answer: "Villains United" #1

"Villains United" was one of the many mini-series that led up to Infinite Crisis. The mini centered around the group that would become known as The Secret Six. Lex Luthor (actually a impostor in disguise) formed a Secret Society of super-villains. Scandal, along with Catman, Deadshot, Cheshire, Ragdoll(the son of the original), and a rogue Parademon were the only villains who refused Luthor's invitation to join his society.

They are brought together by a mysterious being called Mockingbird, as all the other Secret Six's have been formed. Mockingbird is revealed to be the real Luthor, The Six fight the society, Cheshire reveals herself a traitor, and Parademon dies fighting the society.

2. Scandal was the lover of which of these villains?

Answer: Knockout

Scandal planted Knockout as a mole in The Society in "Villains United". When Scandal is fighting Talia Al Ghul, Knockout steps in and saves Scandal's life. Knockout eventually becomes a full time member of The Secret Six, but soon dies when she is shot by the God-Killer during the "Death of the New Gods" event.

They hold captive Tarantula, Catalina Flores, who whispers under her breath, "Incluso mas bonito que el idiota en el juego del gato", to which Scandal translates, "Here is a man who is even prettier than the idiot in the cat suit".
