Mousse au Chocolat: A favourite of chocolate lovers, this light and airy French dessert is made with eggs, sugar, and dark chocolate. I make mine with the addition of a bit of Courvoisier liqueur.
Rosewater Rice Pudding: Riz Bi Haleeb, as is the dessert's name in Lebanon, is a rice pudding made with rice, milk, and sugar, scented with rosewater and served with slivered almonds. Variations of the recipe are made in all Middle Eastern countries.
