"Persona 3" - Akihiko Sanada Trivia Quiz

Answer: "I've been waiting for this!"

As the player scales Tartarus, landing frequent All Out Attack is almost an expectation, much less something to figure will happen every now and then. As such, when Akihiko says "I've been waiting for this!" dozens of times over the span of about an hour of real-life time, it can start to sound pretty funny.

This is what caused the line to become somewhat of a running meme within the "Persona" community.

Answer: Fists

Akihiko's damage output on his basic attacks is very average, though his critical hit rate is slightly above average, his accuracy is above average, and he virtually never stumbles despite being a melee attacker. This makes his damage output when basic attacking very, very consistent. His fists deal Strike damage.

Answer: Electric

Polydeuces resists Electric while being weak to Ice. Akihiko's stats are such to where he is almost split right down the middle between being a physical attacker or magic. Sadly, Polydeuces does not offer any actual physical skills for Akihiko to use, meaning he will likely be using his Electric skills on offense frequently.

Answer: Charm

The game will tell the player that a 3 in Charm allows Kotone to outshine a couple of other girls who are pestering Akihiko in trying to flirt with him. Charm is fortunately the easiest of the three stats to level up, so the player shouldn't have any issues achieving a 3 in it.

Answer: Matarunda

Akihiko is the only non-Makoto member of the team who can learn all three of Matarunda, Marakunda and Masakunda. This makes him incredibly helpful in boss fights, one's which would go on long enough for these debuffs to have a large impact.

Answer: To recruit him

Shinjiro, an ex-S.E.E.S member, is very reluctant to take Akihiko's offer, or even speak to him about it. Akihiko has multiple cutscenes where he attempts to recruit Shinjiro back.

Answer: Fight Nyx

Taking inspiration from Shinjiro, Akihiko believes S.E.E.S should essentially feel obligated to fight instead of run away. Dialogue with Akihiko as the team prepares to fight Nyx will continually reinforce this, as well as involve Akihiko getting confident even that they will defeat Nyx.

Answer: Yes

Unlike other socials, the player must be very particular with their dialogue choices if they want Kotone to romance Akihiko. If handled correctly, their romance will begin at rank 9.

Answer: Ken

Both Ken and Akihiko are in full agreement that they should not undo their efforts fighting Nyx to bring Makoto back, as they both feel that would be extremely disrespectful towards his sacrifice at the end of "The Journey". They are the first pair Aigis and Métis must fight.

Answer: Helel

Helel is one of the most important Personas in the game-- not just because he's incredibly strong, but because his presence in the player's stock is required in order to use the Armageddon fusion spell. This spell is by far the mightiest attack the player can use in the entire game, dealing a fixed 9,999 damage to the opponent. Armageddon is mandatory in order to defeat Elizabeth, the game's 'secret' boss.

As a stand-alone Persona, Helel notably has access to Morning Star, Mind Charge, Maragidyne, Primal Force and Salvation. His makes him incredibly deadly on offense, though his weakness to Ice without a skill to cover this up does make a skill card a good idea.
