1. After the Dark Hour, Tartarus, etc. disappeared and before Mitsuru and Akihiko left the dorm, what did all former SEES members give up?

Answer: Evokers

They give up their Evokers, since the group is disbanded and they don't have any more use to give it. Later, when they have to deal with Shadows again, the group starts to use them again.

2. When the SEES members were inside the dorm, they realized they were trapped in what day?

Answer: March 31st

When they are watching TV after midnight, they notice that the anchor reads the date as "March 31st", although that that day was supposedly the previous one. They decide to ignore it, but later on they realize that they are trapped inside the dorm, living the same day over and over again.

3. Aigis and Metis are Anti-Shadow weapons. All of these weapons have a "generation" that refers to when they were created. What is Aigis and Metis's generation?

Answer: 7th Generation Anti-Shadow Weapon

Both robots are 7th Generation Anti-Shadow Weapons. A curious fact is that Labrys, another robot that appears in Persona 4 Arena, is a 5th Generation one. This means that she was built before Aigis and Metis, but she doesn't seem weaker or worse in battles.

4. Though Metis is the same model as Aigis, her Orgia Mode has a different name.

Answer: True

While Aigis's special mode is Orgia Mode, Metis's is named Neo Orgia Mode. This one increases attack and agility much more than the normal Orgia Mode.

5. Which Arcana is Metis's Persona, Psyche?

Answer: Hierophant

Like Shinjiro Aragaki's, Metis's persona is the Hierophant arcana. Priestess is Fuuka's, Magician is Junpei's and Fool is the arcana of some other personas that Aigis has.

6. Strega appears again in The Answer.

Answer: False

They don't. Chidori is dead (or suffers from amnesia, depending on the choices you made throughout the Jouney) and Jin and Takaya are both dead, so they couldn't show up. Also, if the SEES members can't leave the dorm, then nobody can enter it either.

7. You can develop Social Links with other characters, like in The Journey.

Answer: No

The Answer is basically thirty hours of grinding for boss fights, so no Social Links exist. So you can fuse personas that originally could only be created with a maxed Social Link.

8. What's Metis' line when requesting an All-out Attack?

Answer: "All right, sister. Let's get 'em!"

"Let us strike while the iron's hot!" is Aigis's All-Out Attack requesting line in the Journey. "We have our chance! Are you ready?" is Yukiko Amagi's, from "Persona 4". As for "Let's do it!", I don't think any character says it.

9. Aigis never wakes up after Metis disappears.

Answer: False

After Metis "returns to the sea of Aigis's soul", the gang leaves the Velvet Room and wakes up in the dorm. At first, Aigis doesn't wake up, and everybody gets really worried, but later she wakes up.

10. Who will be Aigis's roommate when SEES moves to the next dorm?

Answer: Yukari

At the last cutscene (the one before the credits) Yukari asks Aigis to share her room with her. Aigis accepts the offer. And no, Koromaru doesn't get to go to school. :)
