1. When Aigis first meets the team, she instantly attaches herself - literally - to someone. Who does Aigis claim to have 'finally found'?

The reason for this ends up being extremely convoluted. The gist of it is that the protagonist literally harbors Death inside of them, and Aigis was essentially built to put this threat down.

2. Fuuka's starting Persona is Lucia. What is Lucia's element of choice?

Fuuka is the team's Navigator and, as such, does not directly participate in combat at any point. Likewise, Lucia is incapable of ever learning a skill that directly does anything in battle.

3. Straight away, the most noticeable thing about Mitsuru is her English voice actor, a prominent name at that. Who voiced Mitsuru?

Tara Platt has played a number of notable roles over her lengthy career, appearing in popular TV Show "Naruto", voicing Edelgard von Hresvelg in "Fire Emblem", Yuri Watanabe in "Spider Man" and much, much more. Here, Tara Platt also voiced Elizabeth in addition to Mitsuru. Needless to say, she had a massive impact on the game as a whole.

4. Perhaps the most iconic thing about Akihiko, as far as people who listen to his English dub goes, is what he will say to the player when an All Out Attack is available. If Akihiko prompts the player to execute this, what will he say to the player?

As the player scales Tartarus, landing frequent All Out Attack is almost an expectation, much less something to figure will happen every now and then. As such, when Akihiko says "I've been waiting for this!" dozens of times over the span of about an hour of real-life time, it can start to sound pretty funny. This is what caused the line to become somewhat of a running meme within the "Persona" community.

5. Yukari's first Persona is Io. What is Io's element of choice?

Io is resistant to Wind while being weak to Electric. Her name is never actually said out loud, so it's hard to say exactly how it's pronounced.

The Dark weakness is much more of a concern- if Makoto dies at any point, unlike the rest of the team, the player will receive an immediate Game Over. Dark skills are exclusively insta-kill, so if Makoto is targeted by one, he will likely die. Correcting this or, better yet, getting a different Persona ASAP would be a good idea.

7. When the player first arrives in Iwatodai, they'll notice a bunch of coffins in seemingly random places. They'll later be informed what's inside these coffins. What is inside the coffins?

During the Dark Hour, non-Persona users are essentially sealed inside of coffins. Persona users are not, and are thus able to fight the Shadows.

While also being weak to Electric, the Dark weakness is more concerning. Because Dark Magic in this game consists strictly of insta-kill powers, and because the game immediately ends if the main character dies, carrying a Persona with a weakness to insta kill powers is incredibly dangerous. As such, the player should endeavor to find a new Persona ASAP, or somehow figure out a way to mitigate this weakness.

11. After the Dark Hour, Tartarus, etc. disappeared and before Mitsuru and Akihiko left the dorm, what did all former SEES members give up?

Answer: Evokers

They give up their Evokers, since the group is disbanded and they don't have any more use to give it. Later, when they have to deal with Shadows again, the group starts to use them again.

12. What is the main character's name?

According to the offical "Persona 3" manga, the main character's given name is Minato Arisato. The other three are all major characters from other "Shin Megami Tensei" games. Raidou is from "Devil Summoner", Naoya is from "Persona 1" and Tatsuya is from "Persona 2".

13. As the Navigator, Fuuka is capable of doing a handful of things for the player outside of combat. What is one of them?

At the player's command, Fuuka can relay an order to the team to split up, and search that particular floor of Tartarus apart from one another. This simple maneuver offers the rewards of gathering loot more quickly and finding the stairs up to the next floor faster, at the cost of leaving teammates vulnerable should they be attacked by an enemy alone.

14. What is Mitsuru's weapon of choice for basic attacks?

Mitsuru has a higher critical hit rate, but she will stumble at an above average rate. Her damage output is very average to boot. Her weapon deals Slashing damage, just like Makoto or Kotone's.

Akihiko's damage output on his basic attacks is very average, though his critical hit rate is slightly above average, his accuracy is above average, and he virtually never stumbles despite being a melee attacker. Junpei has the highest raw physical power out of all of S.E.E.S, but he will stumble the most often, and his accuracy is pedestrian. His basic attacks deal Slashing damage.

This scene comes before the player is shown anything to do with Personas whatsoever. As such, almost anyone playing the game for the first time would interpret this scene as Yukari aiming to take her own life with the gun. Of course, using an Evoker involves the user seemingly shooting themselves in the head with a gun. Even though Yukari may be fully aware she isn't about to actually kill herself, surely anybody would be nervous at the idea of aiming a gun at their head and pulling the trigger, even if they knew for certain they wouldn't be killed by it.

18. After awakening to a Persona, Makoto's talents are quickly recognized and he's given a position of authority with SEES. What position is this?

This was just the narrative way to allow the player to be justified in having control over their general daily affairs. It's a pretty major plot hole really- if Mitsuru has had a Persona for over a decade and has lots of leadership experience, why doesn't she take the role on? I suppose plot armor is undefeated.

This is a scripted event that the player cannot influence. After Shinjiro dies or is rendered comatose, Akihiko will visit either his grave or Shinjiro in his hospital bed. After taking some time to steel his resolve, Akihiko's Persona will evolve from Polydeuceus into Caesar. His social can now be advanced beyond rank 7.

22. Junpei Iori is quite the early game heavy hitter. He can run into issues before too long, however, as a good number of early game bosses are capable of exploiting his weakness. What is Junpei weak to?

The first two, fourth and fifth boss of Tartarus are capable of using Wind magic. This can make it risky to bring Junpei to these fights, as the enemy will receive an extra turn for each time they knock Junpei down by exploiting his weakness.

As well, when the player locates people who need to be rescued from wandering into Tartarus, Fuuka is once again capable of extracting these defenseless civilians and safely allowing them to return to their homes.

27. Mitsuru's starting Persona is Penthesilea. Unlike most other S.E.E.S members, Penthesilea doesn't just contribute on the battlefield. What other role does Penthesilea allow Mitsuru to handle?

Polydeuces resists Electric while being weak to Ice. Akihiko's stats are such to where he is almost split right down the middle between being a physical attacker or magic. Sadly, Polydeuces does not offer any actual physical skills for Akihiko to use, meaning he will likely be using his Electric skills on offense frequently.

29. Junpei's starting Persona is Hermes. What is Hermes' element of choice?

Hermes' stat spread favors a physical approach more than a magic one. On top of that, Junpei strangely does not get access to an AoE Fire attack, with his strongest Fire spell being Agidyne.
