Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Where can we visit the casino?

Answer: Gestral Village

There are actually two in the game, and one is actually the sub-area known as the Flying Casino (which we can get to if we've finally restored Esquie's ability to fly). The other is a gestral-led effort found in the Gestral Village, and anyone can visit it if they happen to be passing through. Though the large area isn't going to be too full of gestrals (they'll all be watching the jousting and arena battles), it is a newer part of the village, and it'll be a good time to stop by and answer a trivia question about gambling odds to collect the Roulette Picto from one of the proprietors there.
2. In which location in the game can we find the staff photo easter egg?

Answer: The Manor

Art comes in many forms in "Expedition 33", and throughout the game we're bound to come across all sorts of paintings. There's one easter egg hidden in the game depicting the game's core staff, and to find it, we need to do a bit of hunting. In the Gestral Village we'll find a door to The Manor that takes us into its kitchen. If we can unlock the passage through here we can descend into the storage rooms beneath the kitchen and collect a couple of hidden items, but behind some destroyable boxes, we can crawl through the wall to locate the developer picture.

Another room of dev-made pictures, all of the Sandfall Interactive dog, can be found in an entrance from Monoco's Station. It's no coincidence that the dog's name is Monoco as well.
3. Where can we purchase the AP Discount Picto?

Answer: Verso's Drafts

Many Gestral merchants found around the Continent will sell Pictos of varying values and importance, often once we've taken it upon ourselves to challenge them to a one-on-one fight (one of their favourite customs) to unlock their wares. Some of the key Gestrals who sell higher-value Pictos can be found in late-game spots like the Sacred River and Renoir's Drafts. Upon release of the 'Thank You Update DLC', a Gestral named Najabla could be found in Verso's Drafts, present to sell the AP Discount and Consuming Attack Pictos.

AP Discount allows us to use any skill at an AP cost that is one less than its initial value.
4. In which location can we speak to the Lady of Sap?

Answer: Falling Leaves

The Falling Leaves sub-area isn't one we absolutely need to visit, but it is a good spot at which we can collect some extra consumables and items. The Lady of Sap is a must-visit fixture of the area if we want to unlock the gate leading to the region's peak, home of the Scavenger mini-boss, and she can be found in a cavern hiding beneath the bridge near the area's entrance.

Besides the Scavenger, we can also fight the trio that is the Chromatic Ballet at this location. Both mini-bosses are quite the challenge!
5. Passing through which of these areas will take us through a cavern of glowing lanterns?

Answer: Stone Wave Cliffs

A memorable setting to say the least, the Stone Wave Cliffs are the final location we'll end up visiting in Act 1, and the cavern of lamps is the last spot at which we'll have Gustave in the party before he falls in battle against Renoir. The point behind the visit is to locate Florrie, a rock that'll allow Esquie to carry Expedition 33 across the sea, but once this gets into their hands after a battle against the Lampmaster, the fateful moment will occur.

In his place, Verso will become our primary swordfighter and the focus of Act 2.
6. Where will our foe eat our dead party members?

Answer: Sirène's Dress

There are very few major enemies in the adventure which are capable of eating party members whole, and even fewer who will only do so when party members are felled (instead only taking them out of the battle temporarily). The Chromatic Glissando, the boss found in the Sirène's Dress region in Act 3, is one that takes swift advantage of bad fortune, swooping around to consume anyone who doesn't survive its strikes.

This area is visited as part of Lune's Relationship Level quest as it's where we locate the final resting place of her parents' ill-fated expedition, Expedition 48.
7. At which of these locations can we race, play volleyball, or climb in the Ascension game?

Answer: Gestral Beach

There are five Gestral Beach locations in the game, and each one will allow us to embark on a trial of some sort for cosmetic and collectible prizes. Ultimately, none of these locations is particularly dangerous, but if we aren't particularly adept with controlling our characters out of battle, this may need a few attempts to get just right. Activities at these spots range from an 'Only Up' game to a climbing trial and an obstacle course, all of which are run by Gestrals.
8. Where can we meet Blanche, who may reward us with 100 Colour of Lumina?

Answer: The Fountain

Around the map, we'll stumble upon side-areas that contain little more than a single, friendly Nevron, unaffected by the rage that most Nevrons seem to have in our travels, and these will often be prompts for small quests. It's in our best interest to help these Nevrons out-- their requests are generally not significant enough to put one out completely. Finding The Fountain in Act 3 will bring us to Blanche, a Noir with no real motivation to contribute to the death in the Canvas.

Instead, it will ask if we've not only aided the other unfinished Nevrons, but avoided killing them. If we've showed kindness and mercy, they'll reward us with 100 Colour of Lumina, otherwise, a fight will await.
9. Where are we able to rest at the Expedition Flag in Broken Conception?

Answer: Painting Workshop

Broken Conception is the only Expedition Flag location to be found in the Painting Workshop, a region that's accessed through several paintings on the Continent map, all of which lead to a central hub being used in the creation of Nevrons. Here, the Expedition can bring collected items, found by following those other paths inward to Broken Conception, to create a single boss fight against a much stronger, much more complex Lampmaster fight. Winning this will result in the At Death's Door and Energising Attack I Pictos and a Perfect Chroma Catalyst, amongst other things.
10. Where can we fight Painted Love?

Answer: Endless Tower

The Endless Tower is likely our last stop to visit during the course of "Expedition 33's" endgame as it's devised to provide a gauntlet of the toughest foes the game has to offer, often with elevated damage, defence, and skills. Painted Love is amongst the furthest down the line, appearing when we reach Stage 11, Trial 3 at the end of the line in the game's original run of foes.

The fight is effectively both final boss fights-- The Paintress and Renoir (as the Curator)-- in one, sharing the same health pool. If not for the 'Thank You Update' DLC, this would be the last fight of the group, but with that addition, four more battles (even harder ones) were added to cap off the game.
