It's an owl. It serves no purpose in the game other than decoration but does give an idea about the pre-pandemic Lost Lake resort feel. There is, in fact, Lost Lake in Oregon and it does have a recreational area with cabins and such, similar to the one in the game.

Her full name is mentioned several times in the game and O'Brian actually shows an admission form with her name. Sarah was voiced and played by Courtnee Draper, known to the video game fans as Elizabeth from "Bioshock Infinite". As "Days Gone" was in process of being developed, Courtnee was also a practicing attorney in LA.

Answer: Protecting the Weak

"Never Give Up Hope" is the first mission Deek does for Colonel Garrett and it requires saving a militia officer from a gang of marauders. His conversation with the officer after the rescue explains his relentlessness in looking for Sarah even when all available evidence suggested she was dead.

Rager's ear gets Deacon 45 credits, Reacher's can be sold for 40 credits, Breaker is worth 25, and Runner is 20 credits. Breaker's ear is egregiously low priced relative to how difficult it is to obtain in a face-to-face combat.

Salome Hot Springs is the location of Tuck's camp and a safe zone. All others contain freaker infestation nests that need to be burned to make fast travel (if allowed) possible.

She tells this to Deacon during the mission to restore the hydroelectric power plant functionality. Rikki was visually based off and voiced by American actress of Indian descent, Nishi Munshi. According to Nishi, the actors laughed a lot while acting out their scenes but the loss of Iron Mike scene was very tough on her.

Answer: Solomon Hill Horde

Solomon Hill Horde doesn't have anything for Deacon in its cave other than the usual stuff that covers the floor anywhere where Freaks are in abundance. NERO turns out to be rather selective in monitoring hordes as there are 35+ hordes in the game but monitoring beacons are present at roughly one-third of the horde hibernation caves.

Answer: A massive burn scar

Carlos aka Jesse has a big burn mark on his back, particularly visible in certain cutscenes. Deacon mentions that Jack burned Jesse's back off as a punishment, hence Carlos' grudge against Deek and Boozer who held him down during the process. The game is partly based on "Sons of Anarchy", and the series featured a scene where a former member had his MC back tattoo burned off with a blowtorch.

Answer: Cinnabar

Cinnabar is used to extract mercury, and Iron Mike tells Deacon about this aspect of the region's history as they are headed to Sherman's Camp. Oregon, in fact, was full of cinnabar mines in the 19th and early 20th centuries, which led to a number of ghost towns and mining camps.
