Topo-Chico is a sparkling water that originated in Monterray, Mexico, in 1895 and named after a mountain in the city. In 2025, the company celebrated their 130th anniversary. The brand was purchased by Coca-Cola in 2017. While its popularity is highest in Mexico and the southern United States, it's been gaining market share in the U.S. and U.K. share each year as its been featured in a hard seltzer.
2. Minute-Maid

Minute-Maid was founded in 1945 as Florida Foods, Inc. The American company is most known for their orange juice, lemonade, and soft drink products. In 1949, they took on the name Minute-Maid Corp. In 2003, Minute-Maid formally merged with Coca-Cola North America. The major competition has been between Minute-Maid and Tropicana.
3. Rice-A-Roni

"Rice-A-Roni, the San Francisco treat" was a popular advertising slogan. in 1958, an Italian-American, Vince DeDominico debuted his family's boxed rice invention. In 1986, Quaker Oats bought the company and ultimately PepsiCo bought them out in 2001.

5. Frito-Lay

In 2006, Coca-Cola marketed their Gold Peak Tea brand. This is an iced tea that is already premade and sold as either on a shelf or chilled. The company's tagline is "the taste that brings you home". The brand has a market share of over 10% of U.S. ready-to-drink tea brands.
7. Bodyarmor

In 2018, Coca-Cola purchased a minority stake in the BodyArmor sports drink company. In 2021, Coca-Cola bought out the brand fully. The drink has been popularized with endorsements from athletes ranging from tennis player Naomi Osaka, baseball great Mike Trout, and NFL stars Rob Gronkowski and Joe Burrow.
8. Cracker Jack

Author Andrew Smith named Cracker Jack as the first "junk food". The classic mixture of caramel corn and peanuts is synonym with Major League Baseball and the seventh inning stretch song. The Cracker Jack brand was sold to Frito Lay, a brand of PepsiCo in 1997.
