After an amorous woman coaxes an 'extra' delivery from Randy, she passes the word to her love-starved friends about the extra service they'll get with the 'extra anchovies' order. Soon Randy is well on his way to having plenty of money for his college tuition. Randy's ladies in "Loverboy" were played by Carrie Fisher, Kirstie Alley and Kim Miyori. Patrick Dempsey was very busy between 1987-1989, with lead roles in "Can't Buy Me Love" with Amanda Petersen, "In the Mood" with Talia Balsam and Beverly D'Angelo, "Some Girls" with Jennifer Connelly, and "Happy Together" with Helen Slater, as well as "Loverboy".
