Dominic Monaghan was born on the 8 December 1976 in Berlin, Germany, to Austin and Aureen. He also has an older brother. Dominic can therefore speak fluent German. He can also do good accents such as Australian, American and Scottish. Dominic moved to Manchester when he was 12 with his family.
