Richard portrayed Jeff Webber from 1976 to 1981. He was married to Heather. Jeff was a sweet guy and had a brother Rick who also was a doctor. Richard starred in the TV series "MacGyver" during the 1980s and "Stargate SG1" in the mid 90s to early 2000s. Richard was born January 23, 1950 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
