Answer: Republic of Ireland

The capitals of the Republic of Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales are Dublin, Edinburgh, London and Cardiff respectively. The Republic of Ireland was formerly a part of the union but has separated now.
2. Which of the following countries borders France (including land borders only)?

Answer: Germany

England is separated from France by the English Channel and is a neighbour of France, but they do not share any land borders. Portugal borders only Spain. Ukraine is actually located in eastern Europe. France shares land borders with six nations in all- Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany.

Answer: India

The Indian ocean takes its name from the Asian country India, the seventh largest country in terms of area in the world. Atlantis is the name of a mythical island which was submerged in the ocean, and is thought to be the source of the name of the Atlantic Ocean.
