Answer: True

Hydro Hog was the biggest villain the Aquitian Rangers had on their home planet. He was brought to Earth by Lord Zedd to fight off the alien Rangers who were already in a weakened state from not being properly hydrated.

2. Which Earth Ranger hadn't completed their quest for a Zeo crystal fragment before the finale?

Answer: Aisha

Aisha had been sent back to Africa to search for her Zeo Crystal fragment. While there she decided that she had to work to help save animals and instead sent Tanya Sloan back in her place.

3. Who built the device designed to reconstruct the Zeo Crystal?

Answer: Billy

Billy constructed the device, seemingly without much help from the rest of either the Earth or alien Rangers. Earlier in the season, Billy had built several other devices to assist the alien Rangers with their hydration issues.

4. Where did the first battle with Hydro Hog take place?

Answer: On the beach.

Hydro Hog first appeared on Earth next to the same lake that the alien Rangers were using to rehydrate earlier in the episode. During his fight with the alien Rangers, Bulk, Skull and several others were in the lake cheering them on.

5. Where was Rita and Zedd's base located?

Answer: On the moon.

Rita had a palace on the moon from the beginning of the "Power Rangers" series, and that same base was used in this series. Several times the viewer can see the Earth out of the window of the palace in scenes set in the palace.

Answer: The Shogun Megazord

The alien Rangers had never been able to defeat the Hydro Hog with their battle borgs, but they were able to crush him using the Shogun Megazord that was on Earth. They had to used the Falzonzord to help with his defeat as well.

Answer: Yellow

Each Ranger went out and found a piece of the Zeo Crystal that corresponded to color that they would end up being once the "Power Rangers Zeo" series kicked off the next season. The piece Tanya returned with was yellow, and was in the shape of a double oval.

Once that piece was put in place, the Earth returned to normal.

8. Who were the first two people shown to have returned to their normal age?

Answer: Bulk and Skull

Bulk and Skull were competing to see who could swing the highest in the playground. They swung out of the shot as kids and back into it as adults. After that several others were shown back to normal as well.

9. Which Ranger stayed in the Command Center instead of seeing the alien Rangers off as they returned home?

Answer: Tanya

Tanya, as the newest member of the Ranger team, hadn't met the alien Rangers before anyway. Alpha and Zordon asked her to stay and be briefed on things the other Rangers would have already known.

10. The final scene in the series showed the Command Center being destroyed.

Answer: True

Rito and Goldar finally found the exact right spot to place the implosion device and did so undetected.

The final scenes showed the Command Center crumbling to the ground, the Rangers thinking it might be the end and then the screen went dark.
